We totally agree! It takes some getting used to the idea of using snail mucin as a skincare product but once the result hits your skin- there's no going back heh! ❣️

Here's my tried and tested review for Cosrx Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence. I have literally used this project over 2 yrs and have gone through 4 bottles of it. Always hold backups as well: 1) Texture : This one is thick and syrup like. Slimey to feel but disappears into the skin without feeling heavy or oily. Has no fragrance or color 2) Composition: 96% of snail secretion filtrate and no water in it. Contains other skin soothing ingredients like Betain, Panthenol, Arginine etc. Also Snail mucin is naturally packed with hyaluronic acid, glycoprotein enzymes and copper peptides. 3) My experience: It's perfect for my dry skin and works throughout all seasons. It works as a hydration serum and in long term helps in brightening skin, lightening dark spots and reducing fine lines. It's also works to calm skin irritation. Also works when layered with other serums. 4) Pros: - A multiple benefit serum - Value for money. The 100 ml bottle will last for 4-6 months easily - Can be layered with most actives - Can be layered with moisturizers and facial oils - Generally causes no purging or other side effects - Works for all skin types. Loved the review! This range is just so good. The essence has been my holy grail since years now but this dual essence is something i am looking forward to try. And I believe separating the snail mucin and other ingredients in the dual essence must be an innovative idea as it definitely looks interesting,both essences are unique in their own way.
The COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Munic Power Essence is an amazing product for AM and PM both and gives the skin an extra boost of hydration to the skin underneath the Moisturizer. I started using this Cosrx snail mucin essence 8 months ago. I didn’t see much difference at first, as i was using so many moisturising serums at once. But later on I started seeing its effects, it made my skin so soft and it feels moisturised in the morning. I normally use it on my retinol days i.e. every alternative nights. This helped a lot with my flaky and dry skin when I started using retinol. Now as it is winter i am using it in my day routine before moisturiser. This is a real bff and iconic product from Cosrx, I never thought I would put something with snail on my face but here i am .. I love it and will definitely re-purchase 😍
I started using cosrx snail mucin 3mths ago... Tbh it was on special and though wanted to try it, it was the price cut that finally got me to order a bottle. Absolutely love it leaves my skin hydrated soft and velvety, in fact already purchased 2nd bottle while on special. The gooey texture is something i am used to it. Whenever my skin feels dehydrated I run towards it. It not just hydrates my skin but also nourishes them and my skin texture is smoother than ever. I had recommended this to my friends and family, they'all love it like anything. I'm on my third bottle and I do highly recommend them to everyone and no one will regret it.

This product is definitely my holygrail at first when i first started using the first bottle .I didn't feel like I needed it but i only realised after it hydrates my skin.I have oily dehydrated skin and i find using this essence work with super dry chilly weather to prevent severe dryness. Very hydrating .I use 2 pumps morning & night prior to moisturiser to seal in all that yummy hydration.My skin loves it and drinks it all up as soon as i apply it .Makes my skin less dehydrated and gives it soft bounce.Texture is a lil bit slimy,gooey but i don't mind.There is also no scent which is a plus for my sensitive skin.Even my popped acne was healing steadily . It revitalises and brings energy to my tired skin. It work synergistically with other ingredients like Alpha arbutin for reducing dark spots. It is such a perfect boost to my routine. It moisturises and plumps my skin until the next morning .I hope it will be suited to all skin types unless irritated to snail secretion. I really love this essence .It's safe to use for sensitive skin.The texture is thick but doesn't feel sticky or gloppy.It's so hydrating that i can't seem to leave this essence over other products. The packaging comes in a sturdy 100 ml dispenser and a little amount goes a long way. Overall the packaging seems hygienic.

I started using snail mucin essence 3 months back on recommendations of 10+ friends and it's totally worth the purchase! Not sticky or slimey at all as I thought it would be, absorbs into the skin and leave no residue. It heals and retain moisture in the skin making the skin look clean and fresh. I absolutely love it and already planning to buy a second bottle.

Used the power Essence at night to repair my dehydrated acne prone skin and used radiance dual Essence in morning for hydration and lightening the acne marks. I have been using the Cosrx snail mucin 96 essence for the last year and a half. And this is a product that really has surprised me. I was kind of thinking it's a little icky cause I thought it would be slimy😂. But it really has helped my skin barrier so much as I keep experimenting with way too many actives. Fixes my dry peeling skin almost in a day. Now a permanent fixture in my routine. It's hydrating without being too heavy. And the texture is definitely not what you would expect. Also I have that it locks in more moisture if you use a hydrating mist and apply it on your skin while still damp. Haven't tried the Cosrx advanced snail radiance dual essence yet but looking forward to see if it can give me the glowy skin of my dreams :D Also COSRX is literally the best brand that I have found to give you your money's worth!

Snail Mucin Power Essence Love - this HG right here. Been using this for 5 years in a row. I always made sure that I have this in my routine. The texture is thick but doesn't feel sticky and it's so hydrating I can't seem to leave this snail mucin essence,I always reach to this especially on those days I feel like my barrier has been compromised. I personally love the brand COSRX. While the cosrx advance snail 96 mucin power essence is a holy grail and staple product for me. I'm on adapalene for my acne prone skin. I'll use this essence before my adapalene for not compromising on Skin barrier. It's very hydrating and moisturising. In these winters, I need this in both AM & PM.I can't describe how it is just feel it 🥰. My love for this essence is always at peeks ❤️❤️❤️. I recommend it everyone who are looking for best korean skincare product.
I deal with Malassezia and so was very sceptic about incorporating Snail Mucin into my routine but seeing my friends rave over it, I had to give it a go. Triggered no adverse reactions and is now one if the few products I use for hydration. ❤️

Cosrx was my first k-beauty skincare product. I purchased it on June and it really suits my skin. I have combination skin and with the hot humid weather I prefer to apply it on my night skin routine. Tbh I have not seen a lot of changes but a slight change on how plump and hydrating my skin has become and also it does not irritate my sensitive skin.. Loved this video. So informative 😍. I've been using the Cosrx snail mucin for the past two months and it has helped my malassezia tremendously! It's very difficult to get good products that dont aggravate fungal acne, so any product that doesn't make my fungal acne worse is good, but this snail mucin isn't only good, it also heals the skin really fast and my forehead is now somewhat clear of the tiny bumbs. Taking care of a dehydrated combination skin with fungal acne is so stressful, but this snail mucin has made life easier. One of those products that you swear by 💜

I’m a fan of COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence. Reason being : 1.Helps with hydration and plump and was able to strengthen its barrier. 2. This essence has snail secretion filtrate at the top with a whopping 96% strength - it helps in improving damaged skin barrier, maintaining elasticity, and providing hydration to the skin. 3.It instantly calmed down my skin since this essence is soothing & calming so it reduces inflammation and you might notice reduced acne or spots and even Heals skin. 4. I first used the cosrx advanced snail 92 all in one cream cause I heard from an youtuber that it works great on over exfoliated skin. I used to over exfoliate my skin and that lead to skin irritation & really dehydrated skin. I have oily skin but it felt so tight & itchy & I couldn't use any other products cause those would sting. So after adding this cream my skin repaired nicely , I am so thankful for this cream that now I swear by it. After getting such a wonderful result from this cream I used the cosrx snail essence & I fell in love with it instantly. It makes my skin so dewy & moisturized at the same time it didn't leave my skin feeling oily, I felt like it was the perfect match for my skin. Now I use these 2 in conjunction & these 2 are the products which I'll never change even when I like to try & experience new products. I am really thankful that these products are easily available to us thanks to beautybarn team. I haven't used the dual essence so I can't say anything about it but would love to try it.

I had first tried COSRX advanced snail 96 mucin essence sample I had loved it so I had bought the big one and had been using it for months, it provides required hydration for my skin and it does not feel sticky at all after 2min of application, as 2 to 3 pumps/drops is enough for one use so it can easily last me for months. I totally love the quality and quantity of this product
So you can mix them right because like I like both and I think both will work so like you said you use both can I put one pump dual essence and one pump of the other one and mix them to create one formula?
The Cosrx Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power essence is one of the most go to product for me everyday. I use it in my A.M and P.M routine after cleanser and toner. If you are using an exfoliating product(AHA,BHA), you can still use this essence. It goes well with AHA, BHA, Vitamin C and other actives. For the effects, this really does calm down my skin and leaves my skin plump, hydrated and soft. If you have a damaged skin barrier, this helps a lot. It was one of the main products I used when I had a damaged skin barrier. Works like a charm in reducing the redness and repairing the skin barrier. I have had few of my friends and family use this product and it’s something that everyone loves. So I can safely say that it will suit all skin types. Do a patch test before you use it, just to be sure. My final verdict would be that it’s an amazing product if you are looking for a soft, plump and glowing skin, especially if you want a healthy skin barrier. After all healthy skin is the path to a glowing skin💜
I have been using the Cosrx Snail Mucin essence ever since I started my k-beauty journey. This was actually my first Korean skincare product 🤭 To sum it up this essence is my holy grail!! About the product - Packaging : Just like all the other Cosrx products, this cult favorite essence too has a minimalist packaging and comes with a pump dispenser for easy application. It also comes in a frosted plastic bottle! Texture and scent : It is slimmmyyy! The texture is interesting. It has a goopy slip to it and feels very lightweight. I love the slimy texture. Also, it is fragrance free and has no detectable scent. So sensitive skin besties, this one is for you! Review : I have been using this essence a the serum step in both my morning and night routine. It goes well along with all the products! It also layers very well under other products and never caused pilling of sunscreen or other products. Something that you can notice instantly is that as soon as you apply the essence, your skin feels hydrated and plump! I have dry skin and I love layering this alone or with the moisturizer from the same line. My acne-prone and sensitive skin showed no signs of irritation or rashes from this but it is always better to do a patch test beforehand. It has calmed down my acne to a great extent! Also it has faded most if not all of the PIH (post inflammatory Hyperpigmentation) from my past acne. Final verdict : This is my must have skincare product (besides spf haha 😂) I can never imagine a day without this. I have already purchased countless bottles of this magical potion. I love the Snail radiance. I have oily-normal skin type so my skin loves this texture. I also get acne breakouts time to time so when I use this essence it helps lighten the acne scar faster. Also the split in the middle is just a packaging gimmick but it’s fun every time I pump it, I enjoy mixing them.

I personally love the Snail 96. It caters to all of my skin needs. I love how it’s fragrance free, non-stick and also gentle on the snails! It’s perfect for a combo skin with dehydration and acne issues which is my skin type. It’s always in my routine, both am and pm. I had used the snail moisturizer in the past which I loved ....i recently got my hands on the snail essence from ur page n my skins loving it...instead of getting snail moisturizer from cosrx I got from the snail moisturizer of somebymi when I ordered cosrx essence....I tried using them together in my routine but felt it gave me slight irritation...I think my skin was like we r already full with snail mucus n can't eat anymore of it😂...so now I don't use it together
I started using the COSRX Snail Mucin Essence last year when my skin had started to break out suddenly, it was recommended by a UA-camr and I gave it a shot. I don’t use it regularly but it’s an on and off product in my routine There are quite a few things I like about the product, first of all the packaging, I like how convenient the pump packaging is and it isn’t too difficult, pump packaging in my opinion is the best since we’re in control of the amount of the product that is to be dispensed. Secondly the availability, cosrx is one of South Korea’s best selling brands out there and it’s available pretty much on a lot of platforms. Thirdly, the price point is perfect Coming to how it worked on my skin, I have dry, acne prone skin and this product is absolutely moisturising for my skin, the consistency is gel based and sticky (which I don’t mind at all) but the product is exceptional, I’m currently on my 3rd bottle and it’s safe to say that this product will be a staple in my skincare routine

My skin is the driest in the universe after washing my face with foam cleanser I can’t even move it, this product just like a moisturizing cream, I don’t even use any moisturizer this snail mucin alone relieves the dryness on my skin I love it so much!
Cosrx is the first brand I tried from kbeauty and discovered the world of kbeauty skincare 😍 I love using snail mucin essence it’s plumps hydrates without making it oily or greasy and doesn’t irritate the skin what else one wants ♥️ I know some people don’t like texture but I enjoy the texture as it’s different from any other product used.. the way it absorbs and sinks into the skin is beautiful ♥️

Cosrx Snail Mucin 🐌 The snail essence is a concentrated treatment product that is formulated with 96% snail mucin. It’s so much snail slime, that as you pump it out of the bottle and start applying it to your face and you well feel that smoothest skin ever. I have almost finished the product this is my 3rd bottle skin feels elastic and soft to the touch. And like all good essences, it’ll make your skin look bright and plump like a baby. Ingredients : it’s very minimal bare minimal . Basically the focus is on 96% snail mucin (no water) Panthenol and sodium hyaluronate are humectants which literally helps your skin attract moisture to your skin like a magnet. The texture is really playful gonna love how it’s water-based. I can’t get enough of the consistency because it’s thick but it absorbs quickly into the skin and doesn’t clog my pores. It’s such a universal product for all skin types would do well with this one. This is an essence so after cleansing and toning the skin, Increase skin hydration levels specifically apply this all over my face before locking it in with moisturiser.

Did you try the essence? Looks like I'm breaking out using that. I only use the 92 in 1 cream among the three.

I started using this Cosrx snail mucin essence 8 months ago. I didn’t see much difference at first, as i was using so many moisturising serums at once. But later on I started seeing its effects, it made my skin so soft and it feels moisturised in the morning. I normally use it on my retinol days i.e. every alternative nights. This helped a lot with my flaky and dry skin when I started using retinol. Now as it is winter i am using it in my day routine before moisturiser. This product is definitely my holygrail at first when i first started using the first bottle .I didn't feel like I needed it but i only realised after it hydrates my skin.I have oily dehydrated skin and i find using this essence work with super dry chilly weather to prevent severe dryness.
Very hydrating .I use 2 pumps morning & night prior to moisturiser to seal in all that yummy hydration.My skin loves it and drinks it all up as soon as i apply it .Makes my skin less dehydrated and gives it soft bounce.Texture is a lil bit slimy,gooey but i don't mind.There is also no scent which is a plus for my sensitive skin.Even my popped acne was healing steadily . It revitalises and brings energy to my tired skin. It work synergistically with other ingredients like Alpha arbutin for reducing dark spots. It is such a perfect boost to my routine. It moisturises and plumps my skin until the next morning .I hope it will be suited to all skin types unless irritated to snail secretion.

I have tried both the Cosrx Advanced Snail 96 mucin power Essence and Snail Radiance Dual Essence. My skin type is combination (oily dehydrated) and acne prone and have used them for different purposes. Used the power Essence at night to repair my dehydrated acne prone skin and used radiance dual Essence in morning for hydration and lightening the acne marks. I have been using the Cosrx snail mucin 96 essence for the last year and a half. And this is a product that really has surprised me. I was kind of thinking it's a little icky cause I thought it would be slimy😂. But it really has helped my skin barrier so much as I keep experimenting with way too many actives. Fixes my dry peeling skin almost in a day. Now a permanent fixture in my routine. It's hydrating without being too heavy. And the texture is definitely not what you would expect.
Also I have that it locks in more moisture if you use a hydrating mist and apply it on your skin while still damp.
Haven't tried the Cosrx advanced snail radiance dual essence yet but looking forward to see if it can give me the glowy skin of my dreams :D

Cosrx was my first k-beauty skincare product. I purchased it on June and it really suits my skin. I have combination skin and with the hot humid weather I prefer to apply it on my night skin routine. Tbh I have not seen a lot of changes but a slight change on how plump and hydrating my skin has become and also it does not irritate my sensitive skin.. Loved this video. So informative 😍. I've been using the Cosrx snail mucin for the past two months and it has helped my malassezia tremendously! It's very difficult to get good products that dont aggravate fungal acne, so any product that doesn't make my fungal acne worse is good, but this snail mucin isn't only good, it also heals the skin really fast and my forehead is now somewhat clear of the tiny bumbs. Taking care of a dehydrated combination skin with fungal acne is so stressful, but this snail mucin has made life easier. One of those products that you swear by 💜

I’m a fan of COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence.
Reason being :
1.Helps with hydration and plump and was able to strengthen its barrier.
2. This essence has snail secretion filtrate at the top with a whopping 96% strength - it helps in improving damaged skin barrier, maintaining elasticity, and providing hydration to the skin.
3.It instantly calmed down my skin since this essence is soothing & calming so it reduces inflammation and you might notice reduced acne or spots and even Heals skin.

I’ve only used the snail radiance and this other product by the same company and my acne has gotten so much better.
I first used the cosrx advanced snail 92 all in one cream cause I heard from an youtuber that it works great on over exfoliated skin. I used to over exfoliate my skin and that lead to skin irritation & really dehydrated skin. I have oily skin but it felt so tight & itchy & I couldn't use any other products cause those would sting. So after adding this cream my skin repaired nicely , I am so thankful for this cream that now I swear by it. After getting such a wonderful result from this cream I used the cosrx snail essence & I fell in love with it instantly. It makes my skin so dewy & moisturized at the same time it didn't leave my skin feeling oily, I felt like it was the perfect match for my skin. Now I use these 2 in conjunction & these 2 are the products which I'll never change even when I like to try & experience new products. I am really thankful that these products are easily available to us thanks to beautybarn team. I haven't used the dual essence so I can't say anything about it but would love to try it.

A friend told me snail mucin is good for skin and I was like "seriously?"...that was two years ago. Later on I educated myself about skincare. I was a little apprehensive about trying the snail mucin 96 essence at first...but I loved the reviews and so I bought it 3 months back. I have very dehydration and dull skin and it worked wonders for me. I used it for 2-3 days and there was a glow on my skin. The only other serum which works for me is the Klairs rich moist soothing serum. And now ..this essence. Can't wait to try the new dual one 😍

I had first tried COSRX advanced snail 96 mucin essence sample I had loved it so I had bought the big one and had been using it for months, it provides required hydration for my skin and it does not feel sticky at all after 2min of application, as 2 to 3 pumps/drops is enough for one use so it can easily last me for months. The Cosrx Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power essence is one of the most go to product for me everyday. I use it in my A.M and P.M routine after cleanser and toner. If you are using an exfoliating product(AHA,BHA), you can still use this essence. It goes well with AHA, BHA, Vitamin C and other actives. For the effects, this really does calm down my skin and leaves my skin plump, hydrated and soft. If you have a damaged skin barrier, this helps a lot. It was one of the main products I used when I had a damaged skin barrier. Works like a charm in reducing the redness and repairing the skin barrier.
I have had few of my friends and family use this product and it’s something that everyone loves. So I can safely say that it will suit all skin types. Do a patch test before you use it, just to be sure.
My final verdict would be that it’s an amazing product if you are looking for a soft, plump and glowing skin, especially if you want a healthy skin barrier. After all healthy skin is the path to a glowing skin💜

About the product -
Packaging : Just like all the other Cosrx products, this cult favorite essence too has a minimalist packaging and comes with a pump dispenser for easy application. It also comes in a frosted plastic bottle!
Texture and scent : It is slimmmyyy! The texture is interesting. It has a goopy slip to it and feels very lightweight. I love the slimy texture. Also, it is fragrance free and has no detectable scent. So sensitive skin besties, this one is for you!
Review : I have been using this essence a the serum step in both my morning and night routine. It goes well along with all the products! It also layers very well under other products and never caused pilling of sunscreen or other products. Something that you can notice instantly is that as soon as you apply the essence, your skin feels hydrated and plump! I have dry skin and I love layering this alone or with the moisturizer from the same line. My acne-prone and sensitive skin showed no signs of irritation or rashes from this but it is always better to do a patch test beforehand. It has calmed down my acne to a great extent! Also it has faded most if not all of the PIH (post inflammatory Hyperpigmentation) from my past acne.
Final verdict : This is my must have skincare product (besides spf haha 😂) I can never imagine a day without this. I have already purchased countless bottles of this magical potion.

I love the Snail radiance. I have oily-normal skin type so my skin loves this texture. I also get acne breakouts time to time so when I use this essence it helps lighten the acne scar faster. I started using the COSRX Snail Mucin Essence last year when my skin had started to break out suddenly, it was recommended by a UA-camr and I gave it a shot. I don’t use it regularly but it’s an on and off product in my routine
There are quite a few things I like about the product, first of all the packaging, I like how convenient the pump packaging is and it isn’t too difficult, pump packaging in my opinion is the best since we’re in control of the amount of the product that is to be dispensed. Secondly the availability, cosrx is one of South Korea’s best selling brands out there and it’s available pretty much on a lot of platforms. Thirdly, the price point is perfect
Coming to how it worked on my skin, I have dry, acne prone skin and this product is absolutely moisturising for my skin, the consistency is gel based and sticky (which I don’t mind at all) but the product is exceptional, I’m currently on my 3rd bottle and it’s safe to say that this product will be a staple in my skincare routine

it’s very minimal bare minimal . Basically the focus is on 96% snail mucin (no water) Panthenol and sodium hyaluronate are humectants which literally helps your skin attract moisture to your skin like a magnet.
The texture is really playful gonna love how it’s water-based. I can’t get enough of the consistency because it’s thick but it absorbs quickly into the skin and doesn’t clog my pores.
It’s such a universal product for all skin types would do well with this one.
This is an essence so after cleansing and toning the skin, Increase skin hydration levels specifically apply this all over my face before locking it in with moisturiser.

I have really oily skin and this product makes my skin hydrated for a longer duration
And since it contains Niacinamide which is good for pores and acne scars it’s a plus point
