I was with Paul last week doing this work in Costa Rica and he spent time with each of us. His eyes during that time became a beautiful shiny aqua blue. That's energy. I saw it before I knew about it. Nothing was set up for me in that way. it was after the fact Paul mentioned his eyes are brown but during the work at times people see them as blue. Energy, Physics, and Spirit, and Consciousness; what a wonderful awareness,
Thank you for this amazing interview, I also read Paul's books and follow the teachings. I begun the most significant advancement in my spiritual awakening through Paul's books and now have my higher self coming through almost daily. Each day is more of the feels than the previous day. I do not channel but do have divine insights delivered/downloaded on spiritual questions. I offer these understandings but please if you do not align to them, simply disregard but I am speaking what I consider truth and have been urged to start sharing. As they say if you do not share, the gifts will go away. Regarding the question of the eyes, this is very interesting to me personally because my eyes have changed since my younger adulthood. They were brown back then and through the years have changed significantly. Now there's just an edge of reddish brown surrounding the pupil, the the outside color is now a blue green. I do correlate this to my awakening. It's my understanding that the eye change is the physical body moving into a lighter, less dense crystalline body of 5D. I have often said, let me see with God's eyes, hear with God's ears, etc. Additionally in the Book of Enoch and Book of Noah, cosmic eyes are referenced. Noah was born with such cosmic eyes, when his mother and grandmother would look into them, it is said they could see the universe. Enoch, who is now Archangel Metatron, is Noah's great grandfather. On the tones, these are the universal tones that allow for the conscious transition. As in doing mantras, these are the tones that we should also be working with as there are many different and unique ways to unlock codes within our DNA for advancements on our spiritual awakening path. Each of us has a different path, so doing the many different things will ultimately help any and perhaps all upon our individual journey. On the discussion on moving into collective consciousness or group think, this aligns with the Law of One. And not just humanity, but the elements, humanity, Gaia, Universe, Angels, etc. As an example, God is in everything and thus we should start to understand it as so. Next time you are in the wind, think of how the wind flows through you and consciously identify it as a fragment of God and knowing how it is God coming to and through you. In water whether showering, bathing, swimming see it as fragments of God in each drop of water. I am also of the opinion that our higher selves are already connected and that there may be more than one person connected to your higher self. And furthermore, there is a linage of fragments of that higher self in each dimension. And why would this be.... it is to learn and grow through each understanding. Each mishap, annoyance, or disappointment is an opportunity to move beyond it. Some of these mishaps, annoyances I see as tests and whether or not I do the right thing. The most important aspect or key is to ask the Universe to show you your life lessons in love rather than in fear. Thank you again for all you do and know you are each and all loved more than you'll ever know. Sending love and light to all! And so it is!

There is a unity of teaching, throughout the world, that we could refer to loosely as "the law of one". It comes through many different sources, but the essential thought behind it is the power and presence of love; and that being the long obscured identity of one's own Self. This is crazy… I found you completely by ‘accident’ looking for things on Edgar Cayce. I spent all day listening to your Q’uo material. Today I decided to look at your channel library…and there is Paul! I’ve been studying the guides teachings for over ten years now. After a lifetime of searching for answers Paul’s work instantly made it all real. (He/they gave me the ears to hear I guess.) I get so excited to find other students because this has become a lonely life for whatever reason. (They say people fall away, but holy cow!) I’m not surprised, I shouldn’t be- stuff like this keeps happening. Everything you guys talked about and touched on- exactly the same things that I’ve been focussed on myself and/or thinking about, even when you were getting i to details about the book and the process of channelling. I decree the words every day, throughout the day and holy cows jumping over the moon… it’s magic. Magic at the level of the soul. From the root, from the Source, out. So how do I thank you Brian for this new treasure, huh? Hugs? Love and light and the deepest, sincerest, truest appreciation? None of it is enough. I was reading A Course In Miracles and listening to Erin Michelle Galito’s channelings and I was intensely guided to The Guides. Right now I’m choosing to give this my undivided focus until I’m guided elsewhere, maybe even at the same time, as it so often happens. I mean lol of course here is a bonafide awesome conversation between two of my favourite people whilst I’ve been so focussed on this “work”. Thank You Brian. I am so grateful to find you & your channel. I have gone through three of your meditations, your voice is very calming. Maybe I was too excited the next night, my mind was racing which is unusual. Perhaps I picked one above my level. I have seen Paul & your interview was the best. The first thought I had was that you are a younger Paul. I grew up in the generation of, children are to be seen & not heard. I spent a lot time outside, with adults I watched & felt. I saw things as a small child & my Spirit (discernment ) still is very strong. I have suffered several head injuries, so retaining info is a huge battle. I have always searched & craved for more knowledge. I became a widow at 29. Months before & after his death I found myself in interesting worlds, really no words to describe. So now at 63 & trying to slow down to having my own life, I feel that I need to speed this up a bit! Thank you for all your knowledge, wisdom & love that you give❤️
In my belief, we can blame the culture and living from the past as to why we are raised in fear. But we can let it be at the same time and say ok, that makes sense so let’s go the other way now.
Our energetic frequency of Love vibration, force or Chi directed to those having to experience (say the bombing at Ukrainian) helps bring a better reality of tomorrow. Direct and keep sending our Devine Love towards that direction. Love is our greatest protection. ❤️

When I met him in Atlanta his eyes went from hazel to bright BLUE!

This is crazy… I found you completely by ‘accident’ looking for things on Edgar Cayce. I spent all day listening to your Q’uo material. Today I decided to look at your channel library…and there is Paul! I’ve been studying the guides teachings for over ten years now.
After a lifetime of searching for answers Paul’s work instantly made it all real. (He/they gave me the ears to hear I guess.)
I get so excited to find other students because this has become a lonely life for whatever reason. (They say people fall away, but holy cow!)
Anyway, I’m just saying I’m happy to find your channel and thank you for hosting Paul too! (Complete rambling…sorry. 😂🙈)

This was mind blowing. I had heard of Paul Selig , probably through through Brian but knew nothing about him at all. I am fascinated. Channeling freaks me out sometimes I must admit but he seems like such a sweet, honest human. The fact that his books can make a person feel something it’s fascinating to me I will be starting with book one.

This is where I’ve been, crown chakra deep in the books by Paul Selig and The Guides - look I cannot stop smiling here, from my marrows to my soul. I’m not surprised, I shouldn’t be- stuff like this keeps happening. Everything you guys talked about and touched on- exactly the same things that I’ve been focussed on myself and/or thinking about, even when you were getting i to details about the book and the process of channelling.

I’ve stopped for the time being on my seeking and searching and hunting. And I came to the books and have completely immersed myself, I suppose exclusively to the material therein. I wanted actual experience of raising my frequency. I felt like I wanted to move away from all the conceptual learning that I will always admit is fascinating and incredible and always seems never ending- and I just wanted to actually DO this. Or more accurately, BE it. Be Who I really Am. And start living from THAT space/frequency/Beingness. I can’t stop Wording and resonating with it and literally feeling it, coming into alignment with it on multiple e levels of my being; I don’t want to stop because it’s harmonising so much to me, with me, through me. And you were SPOT ON- this is a very gradual process. You have to give it your full attention and bring yourself to the table and be present and truthful with yourself. This isn’t just a manual. It is an actual, literal agreement with your Self, to interact with and ALLOW your Self through AS you. It is literally about bringing Heaven on Earth through you.
I was reading A Course In Miracles and listening to Erin Michelle Galito’s channelings and I was intensely guided to The Guides. Right now I’m choosing to give this my undivided focus until I’m guided elsewhere, maybe even at the same time, as it so often happens. I mean lol of course here is a bonafide awesome conversation between two of my favourite people whilst I’ve been so focussed on this “work”. Thank You Brian. I love you dude, brother- you are just- there are no words to describe how you’ve been this doorway that’s catapulted me to broader horizons. To the depth of understanding and teachings and wisdom I’ve understood my Self through and the “other” Selves. You’re not a beacon of light, you’re a friggin supernova. I am so grateful to find you & your channel. I have gone through three of your meditations, your voice is very calming. Maybe I was too excited the next night, my mind was racing which is unusual. Perhaps I picked one above my level. I have seen Paul & your interview was the best. The first thought I had was that you are a younger Paul.
I grew up in the generation of, children are to be seen & not heard. I spent a lot time outside, with adults I watched & felt. I saw things as a small child & my Spirit (discernment ) still is very strong. I have suffered several head injuries, so retaining info is a huge battle. I have always searched & craved for more knowledge. I became a widow at 29. Months before & after his death I found myself in interesting worlds, really no words to describe. So now at 63 & trying to slow down to having my own life, I feel that I need to speed this up a bit!
