Great showing! Beautiful collection, a feast for the eye. I got a fraction of it but that´s far better than none. Been buying a lot of silver the past year, and the gold is sky rocketing over here in Sweden, so I seem to have to carry on the silver track until silver catches up and above. Then time for converting into gold.
I have a modest stack and haven’t been stacking that long. That being said, there were some very helpful tips in this video. I actually took notes! I thought the 5% premium rule for stacking gold is great. You’re the first stacking channel that I subscribed to.
We hit our golden goal for the year this week, with our tenth ounce of gold! Ten 999.9 fine buffalos. My wife and I are just thrilled to have them, and to watch the spot price screaming up, too... Thanks, Yankee!!
Watch buying at Costco. I seen silver going up on Friday so I put in an order for some 10 ounce bars at Costco because they hadn’t raised their price yet. Got a confirmation email and then all of a sudden they cancelled my order said they were out of stock but then at 4 o’clock the next morning after they raise their prices overnight, I was able to buy the silver in stock again. Went up $30 a bar.
Congratulations on your great gold stack, it is up 30% this year and I am also still stacking as well. Silver also has had a stellar performance recently. I like the historic gold coins at bullion grade the best.
1/4 oz American Eagles are delightful golden "quarters" to stack (as an alternative to the Maple Leaf). A little bit of a pricey premium, but more "affordable" as a regular purchase than full 1 oz coins.

I know the premiums are out of wack in the non-ounce gold but I look at what I could do with each tenth
Old gold is a lot of fun and right now it's easy to stack. You can get old US gold in AU condition for spot at a number of coin shops that I know of. That's pretty tough to beat. Thanks, Yankee!
over 78 oz of gold and over 3000oz of silver?........ excuse me while I go sit in a chair and thousand yard stare out the window for an hour while the beginning of Nutshell from Alice in Chains plays in my head. lol
I love pre-33 gold! It shows how gold really was money at one point, and it's a wonderful piece of history! I also got an XF liberty double eagle, and I was surprised to see just how old it was. It was minted in San Francisco in 1873! That means it's survived over 150 years of American history before it made its way to me. It's one of my favorite stacking purchases.
hello yankee and gang, im new to stacking and just been doing research before diving into silver eagles, but i had a question concerning when spending 10,000+ and the tax form, would a shop be willing to put a tube a gold aside for you if you will be coming in to buy right under the 10k daily until tube is bought out?
Yankee, thanks for your videos. I've learned a lot from you and a few other youtube silver/gold stackers. 😊 Can you tell me where I can purchase a pocket pinger? Thank you so much, Diana S

Been stacking pre33 gold too! Premiums are the lowest in some time. Scored a slabbed MS62 $20 gold liberty for $11 under melt last week. Bought a raw BU $20 gold St Gaudens for 2.5% over melt recently too!
Any large institutions or independent buyers that had 1 year silver contracts, just from last year through May of 2024.... if they're demanding delivery, all these banks that sold the paper promises between low $20's to about $30 are completely destroyed. There's no way they are able to deliver $20-$30 physical silver right now. If those contract holders refuse cash payoffs and go public, physical silver market will break from paper immediately.

Congrats with that stack. I don't think I'll ever pass 10 oz of gold as it has already exceeded my monthly paycheck per oz. Hopefully I'll get to 1000 oz of silver before it turns too expensive as I'm rather close. Anyway, good job :) Also, considering miners. I'm sceptical about investing abroad. I don't trust someone I can't visit or don't have any representative for me. Might be good enough for speculation, but I've been burned before and unwilling to invest in what I deem "risky"
I have been on the goal of 10,000 ozs silver. In that accumulation mix, I had nearly 5,000 of the Kennedy 40% halves (721 troy ozs). So, I converted those into platinum with Miles Franklin and traded for one ten-oz platinum bar and ten one-oz platinum bars, plus a tube of silver buffaloes. Why platinum? Because it has plenty of room to catch up to gold. Platinum has normally been priced equal to, or double the price of gold. Only since 2015 has gold been priced higher than platinum. Right now, this is an unnatural inverse price. Platinum is 17 times rarer than gold. So, now I have 8,700 ozs silver, 40 ozs platinum, and a bit less than six ozs gold. Silver is 84% of my total stack.
Hi Yankee, It’s Aussie Rick here and I just wanted to say I love watching your videos with you and Tim. Can I ask where do you get your capsules for your Buffalos? I really love the Buffalos but I am in Australia and I can’t seem to fine a great fit capsule. Thank you in advance. Cheers Aussie Rick
Pre-1933 double eagles can often have a much lower premium than modern gold coins. I like to stack on MS64 Liberty double eagles from PCGS. If you are not chasing the certain dates, they can be a deal and still have their numismatic value. Not to mention they are scarce to start with. I will buy MS64, and occasionally the random date BU when the premium is right. The last one I got as a random BU fro SD Bullion was great deal. They sent me a slabbed and graded MS62 one instead of a loose coin in a flip like I expected. It's not uncommon to find a random year BU for sale at the spot price (yes, its .9675 toz not a full oz), but if you do the math the actual gold price is still usually less than other forms of pure gold rounds, coins, or bars per toz.
My wife surprised me a month or so ago by telling me that she had purchased a chunk of Rua Gold shares. Go, baby! I think I'll encourage her to buy another chunk now.
@@DzDivz 1/3 my first monster box of American silver eagles are “cull” (meaning worn or scratched). I’d even look at “jewelry grade“ gold coins. You’ll lose a little gold through wear, but the premiums can be extremely low.

Fibonacci math on silver coming (currently $34.26). First thing I'm looking for is an NY day close above $34. After that, the only question is how quickly silver takes out $55 and $89. Something tells me silver is going to start booking as a Tier 1 Basel 3 asset, which is what Russia is already doing now. As for pre-1933, I like them but probably wouldn't buy them because of the game that's in play. If it's not 4 9's, it's going to book as Tier 2 gold. if you're buying gold and silver, you need to think in terms of Tier 1 Basel 3 when you buy.

You have a lot more than myself. I have 34.2 Oz of gold and 971.1 Oz of silver,
I test everything with my electric metal meter.
Sigma?
For me European gold such as Sovereigns, Francs, Corona, etc are great as premiums are super low. Love pre33 gold but premiums in my country are insane.
Ohh well, time to go watch some of those cat videos:)
Gold going up means I gain more value in my stack .
Gold going down means I can afford to pay more gold for my stack. Simple math.
Is that then about $213k and change? How many years did it take? Just in gold. 👌
2009-now
Love pre 1933 gold. It is historic and how much remains today is way less than modern bullion. Bullyaa! 💥💰💫🤩
We can thank the old-timers who didn’t turn their gold in when Roosevelt and Fed Reserve mandated it be turned in 1933. Americans will never turn their precious metals in ever again if government mandates it!!!
Grab the popcorn and enjoy the show...
Yankee, where did you get your ping tester? Ty!
That's so funny. I didn't do it on purpose or anything but I have a 200 1 ratio too.

What does everyone think about stacking the Barbados Trident gold coins?
2 hours, 26 minutes to new silver highs??
We'll see. BUT, i've been noticing a trend the last few months especially. The 'oversea's markets tend to KNOCK DOWN PM prices. We'll see tonight....
I need a pull back lol
It will be in the toilet tomorrow morning.
You guys may have heard this before but no man knows the day or hour nor do the Angels or the son of man, only the Father..... Don't be a bad prophet
