Delicious! What do you like most about eggplant? I don't like the eggplant they have here. They are huge with lots of seeds. I never thought about deep frying bell pepper before. I might try that. Thank you for another wonderful video.
I like best a recipe for fried eggplant marinated in a mixture of grated ginger, mentsuyu and water. 🍆 I didn't know there were eggplants with large seeds. Most eggplants eaten in Japan don't feel like seeds.😲🌍🍆
@AlienShuttlecraft Maybe try rural farmers markets, the Mennonite community near us grow Japanese eggplant and I'm so glad that they do because I did not like it when it was rounder and seedy like the common eggplant in the US. I had to salt, sweat out the bitterness, etc. but you don't have to with Japanese eggplant.
I love your videos, you're so nonchalant and real! So many Japanese vloggers are so polished and perfect that it seems unreal. I love Japanese food but can't eat it at restaurants/abroad (I'm gluten intolerant, probably Celiac from my genetics) but despite your "I'm a lazy cook" attitude, it has made me feel like Japanese cooking is accessible (I have the substitution needed). Thank you and pet the NO kitty!
Glad to hear it. Thank you very much. 🙏✨It is true that many Japanese cooking videos are made by professionals. 👩🏻🍳 Actual housewives only do simple cooking like me, making full use of commercial products. 🤣lol If you search for easy cooking in Japanese, you will find many simple Japanese food videos that do not involve any complicated process like mine.🔍 『簡単料理』🔍
It is so refreshing to see normal and real home made food 🙏❤
Thank you🥹✨
