    I have found fasting and sitting in saunas helped me as a welder for better health.

    im a beginner in welding and im in a training school at the moment. can you make a video on what a healthy welder diet looks like?(more on food for the respiratory system etc)
    2.what type of products you can apply on face and body to protect yourself from uv or harmful chemicals

      I know some ppl that put on sunscreen. And for clothes just get some overalls. Entirely depending on what you’re gonna be welding. Also you can wear a respirator for the fumes. I use the speedglas 3m helmet with a built in respirator.

    About Tig aluminum welding

      Though there's less visible fume generation with TIG welding, it still releases dangerous gases. Local exhaust ventilation is still recommended for TIG welding processes.

      Though the fumes aren't as visible with TIG welding, it also releases dangerous gases, most notably, Ozone. You'll still want source extraction.

    Buy a generic weld mask - then buy a good vapor mask - then try and use both at the same time!
