Life would have been so much more easier if and only if bosses or hiring managers were that upfront about our performance in job interviews... I usually get a "Wow! You have got an impressive background" impression at the beginning which later turns into disappointment. I will never understand as to why is it so hard for recruiters to give us an honest feedback!? Love and prayers from Europe. ❤

When applying for a CV, there must be a photo template. and those who work in companies are more young people. under 30 years it is very difficult to find a job because they employ a lot of young people. even though I see that in other countries it is very different from my country, such as if applying for a job you don't have to have a photo template and there are still many people under the age of 30 who work
