- I go over my gear list for spring turkey hunting in Washington for 2021. I am always tweaking around with my gear list so nothing is ever 100%, but this video covers my general turkey system. Regardless of what you use, make sure you grab some permethrin and spray down your gear!

Awesome stuff as always, I will say this, when use this spray, do not use it around Cats, it will kill them. Spray this stuff away from home and don't bring it home, until it's dry, once it's dry, it's no-longer harmful to Cats.

Pro tip on the ticks and I just text my hunting partner about them! This is our first turkey hunt, leaving Thursday evening. Not to many turkeys on the west side of the cascades so we’re driving a couple hours east and plan on putting down some miles to get away from the other hunters. I find it really fun that I run the same setup as well. Should get a razco binoharness holster. They hold pretty tight and I like it a lot.
With the way you hunt you may wanna look at the Montana Reaper Decoy. It packs up to the size of a small paper plate. Super packable.
I’ve never really hunted for turkey, I just shot them when they passed through my property. I should get a tom Saturday morning while still in my shorts and slippers. Then I’ll walk down to Lk. Roosevelt and do some fishing. Best to you this weekend while you’re out there. 👍

I love this stuff, and pure vanilla in a small spray bottle. Gnats dont like PURE vanilla extract(dilute with water)

Oh heck ya dude! Going turkey hunting for the first time this weekend with my buddy. This is perfect to get us hyped up and learn about the gear. He's getting a new shotgun later today. Can anyone recommend some areas in Washington to start?
Depends on what species you're after to be honest. WDFW has a basic guideline booklet covering spring turkey. Give it a search on google and it will tell you everything you need to know.
Tons of Turkey outside of Colville, tagged out up there last year.

We’ve got around 7 fish over 9 feet in the last 10 days. I think it would make a great video! We’d be on a new 22 foot north river boat.

Pack a 44 magnum or 12 ga slugs in case you run into a black bear during the turkey hunt. Saw that happen on the Tv show "The Waltons"🦃🐻

looking to buy either sitka or kuiu. What do you recommend. I hunt in Okanogan county Washington for turkey and deer.
Are you strictly one or the other? I mix and match my kuiu and sitka.

What do you do for work to afford all this stuff
It's more of just saving up money, rather than making a lot of money. It's taken 4 years of saving just to get what I have now. Just gotta eliminate unnecessary spendings like eating out, movies, or little gadgets.
