This was perfect. 2006 VIBES RIGHT HERE!!!
2006 house show in the east bay vibes.

Watching them play Kersed with that crowd screaming every word back gave me goosebumps. There is no other kind of music outside of punk/hardcore/metal that you'll ever see an audience at a show have this kind of energy. This is why I love extreme music.
Trance family is the only other genre I've seen that level of connection between fan and artist
Couldn’t have said it better myself. And Ceremony killed it for a long time
As soon as Anthony got on stage, you could feel it in the air.
Fantano?
9 mins of ceremony perfection
That barrier caused more problems than it tried to stop
Yeah wtf?! Sound and Fury never had this!
Safety first😢
@@EmmureMARIO64it's been covered many times why it was there. Nothing anyone could do about it. After some wheeling and dealing and favours called in it was gone for the second day. Simple as that
@@EmmureMARIO64 someone working for the city was on a power trip and made them put it up. 2nd day they had it removed
TY Steven for the vid, S&F for the weekend, and Ceremony for the surprise set. Everybody got up off their feet so quick as soon as the guitar came on. And everyone (well almost everyone) heard the rumors throughout the day, so glad it wasn’t just a rumor!
Best 10 minute set of what is by far a legendary band
can’t wait for all these s&f videos to be posted
I really hated that part at 9:29.
From all the footage I been seeing this year of S&F I bet next year it’s not gonna be in expo park again😅
well it is hopefully no barricade or any bs this year
@@norryb 2022 in that spot of expo park was chill. So yeah I guess it’s cool it’s back at that spot again
"they don't know" good start to the vid lol
"They Dont Know" - Gabe The Pigeon
Hell yeah! Glad to see these dudes being loud again.
Saw them back in the days with have heart and no turning back. Legendary evening
Came out to S&F this year from Toronto, this lil drive by from Ceremony really sealed the fuckin’ deal 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾
Oh I bet that treat was really special for u then 100x that much better!!!
So fucking cool! I should have went to s&f. Seeing Ceremony at a house in Burlington is peak memory.
I had goosebumps right when it clicked who was on stage
So fucking sick, Ross still sounding like a mad dog. Thank you for this gem
the way I freaked out at the water fountain at the entrance after hearing one single note knowing it was Ceremony and began to run like my life depended on it.
IM THE GUY WITH THE TRAFFIC CONE HAHAHA
the whole day I was wondering why there was a Ceremony longsleeve at the S&F merch tent and then I heard that first chord when I thought Minority Unit was setting up and it clicked. what a beautiful surprise
Security was going through the realest shit on this set
definitely didn't sign up for this
they were vibin by the end u can see
As a big Ceremony fan, I would have lost my damn mind if I saw this, and I am so happy the crowd there reacted the same way.
never thought i would see ceremony play ruined front to back in 2023
Came out of nowhere, shit was nuts.
Still blows my mind I got to witness this amazing 10 minute set legendary
Man I miss this version of Ceremony.
They still play this stuff at their shows nowadays. But Ceremony is always good, no matter the era.
@@ElsaWhoaa Absolutely this - I love the new stuff as much as the early stuff. There's something for everyone.
Ceremony the hardcore band rules.
Ceremony the ... post-punk poppy chill out band? I dunno.
I miss the anger. The anger is fun.
@@randomOAS7how can you miss the anger if you have the anger recorded forever ? Go listen to crisis man, ceremony vocals in punk hc.
@@ElsaWhoaa I don't hate the noncore shit. I appreciate a band growing, but I just wish In the Spirit World Now was a side project. Dude from TUI did that with Angel Du$t and I really like it. I would have had a problem if TUI was performing those songs tho. It's like when you take a sip of soda but it was orange juice.
Throwing bricks live in California 2023 baby
I CANT WAIT TO SEE WHAT CHUY HARTMAN CAPTURED 🎨
Yo Tom Segura is killing it on the vocals!😊
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
Exactly what I thought
You mean Pep Guardiola?
😂😂
Damn it I just said the same thing 😂
Ross brought the shorts out of retirement
8:00 security in black vibing lol
I only saw Ceremony once and it was when Ronnert Park came out and they were kinda sounding like Black Flag. They played in a garage next to a pizza joint here in Oklahoma City on a really hot summer night. Fantastic show
This is WILD! I was also at that show. At Sauced right in the Paseo?
@@xjoexoticxyeppers!
@@xjoexoticxyes! That was the place
This set gives me goosebumps. Incredible, best band in the world. Thank you for giving us this incredible footage and sound.
That certainly didn't feel like less than ten minutes. Amazing set!
Thanks for everything you do man! Hope to see that dying wish set very soon :)
I know this set isn’t even a year old yet, but holy hell, it had to be one of my favorites I’ve ever seen (not in person unfortunately). There’s something electric and infectious about thousands of people all joining together and screaming the same lyrics they’ve been hearing and living by for decades. People can argue that other genres might be better musically (they’d be wrong but whatever), but no scene, no community, no live experience comes close to what punk and hardcore have to offer.
Everybody living in the moment not a phone in sight
I mean it's hardcore lol. If you had your phone out chances are that shit was gonna be gone. Like just look at that crowd!😅
Thx to my uncle, i diggin this.
Sick they played the last part of violence
This is awesome
Jake looks so chill to kick it with and listen to Mac Dre with bruh lol
This is excellent 💥 this set & the reaction of the crowd has returned to me some faith in the human race
#punkrockperfection
Security at 1:54 was fighting for their life
best band ever
I liked all nine and half minutes of this.
The only thing more rare than this set is when Skratchy finally killed Itchy
hail ceremony
Those were the longest 9 minutes of my life. I swear it felt like 45.
it would have been chill if Mark Ferguson made an appearance!
Nice, Justin is back!
JD!
What camera and lense do you use???
No fucking way. I searched up this song and come across this posted two weeks ago ! PACK YOUR FISTS FULL OF HATE TAKE A SWING AT THE WORLD !
🥹✊🏾👏🏾🤌🏽🎉❤️🔥
Where he get that dumper from
was this a secret gig?
Rumors spread throughout the day, but yes.
Glad to see Tom Segura losing all that weight and branching out from stand up.
I was watching the video through the cell phone screens of the people in the audience.
Damn Jack really be out here… hope he had a killer time and a break from not making it till I order it.
Wow shocked by the set list. Love L shaped man but that's awesome.
what's the name of that first song?
Kersed
Kinda surprised they didn't play "He God Has Favored Our Undertaking"
Memories from HxC tumblr era
rare
Please tell me you gonna be posting a GODS HATE show soon!!!! I watched last year's performance you posted 6000 times atleast!!
Just got the multi track mix back for it and it sounds bad ass. Look for it soon!
That one security guy getting swallowed by the crowd...rip
I didn't know Tom Segura was the singer of Ceremony.
Pack yr fist full of hate
Precise moment the COVID outbreak happened haha.
There was a covid outbreak?
@@shutupim1124 yeah. I’ve got it and my 3 buddies
You’re all the same 3:55
9:01 Hope trash talk dude wasn't kicked out of the festival :(
Look at me I've got a mobile phone
What’s Tom Segura doing on stage?
The fuck was that 'security guard' in the yellow shirt doing at the start of Kersed (1:58) going into the crowd like that pushing people? Hate the power happy security at these shows, he could've seriously injured someone
without sick gg
Thanks for the broken nose
This 9 minute set is better than any of their wannabe Joy Division shit
Dork
This isn’t especially good
dude i was at the front but the amount of ppl that RAN from the merch side tocthe stage was insane lol
BarricadeFail 101
Ross looking like Tom Segura these days!
