You covered a ton of ground in this video! After many years of losing weight, I find if I weigh in every other month or so and I am pretty steady and it's less stressful. As long as I stay out of the junk food, I do just fine. Back in the day it was not at all like that! My memories of weighing more than 100 pounds more are crystal clear! Good content!
I’m trying to get back into my regular fruit consumption and eating kale on a regular schedule also. I have a set of foods where I get the basics. Those are the two I need to follow up on.
