Great tutorial, wish I could attend the workshop! Question for you about flash - or actually the lack thereof. I recently attended a wedding and reception where the photography team didn't use flash once! Do you ever get clients who request that you photograph their wedding day without the use of flash?
If everything was outside there may be enough ambient light to shoot by. If it was inside I question, armchair quarterback style, what they could capture indoors without additional lighting. No, I’ve never had a couple request I not use flash. They trust me to capture their day the best way I know how. Just like you wouldn’t tell a painter what brushes to use, or tell a chef what pans to use, hopefully people who aren’t photographers won’t tell someone with that specific experience how they should be doing their job. My 2¢.
@@AskaWedPhotog the whole day was indoors, albeit the reception venue had these huge skylights and it was a beautiful ,sunny day. thanks for your 2 cents!
