- A small insight to the wonderful st Georges chapel, filmed in high definition; sit back and enjoy the remarkable detail of this master piece in full HD.
Biggest problem is this is not St. George's Chapel, at least not the current one begun in the late Gothic period by Edward IV. It is the Albert Memorial Chapel. Dedicated to the Prince Consort (although he actually is buried at Frogmore). Some of his descendants are buried in here though.
Love it when someone gets footage of something they're not supposed to.
I Will now burst some bubbles of the negative commentators, those is NOT the inside of St George's Chapel, but The Prince Consort Memorial Chapel next to St George's. And forms part of the exit from the cloister and gift shop.
That is not even St.Georges Chapel !! It is the Albert Memorial Chapel,situated just to the east of St.Georges.
Could you imagine the cost of building something like this today???
Cheaper and faster, than back than.
Does anyone know as of 2020 whether the public still has access to this chapel and the tombs of Princes Leopold and Albert Victor, even if just at certain times of year?

Albert memorial chapel where Queen Victoria’s son Leopold, Duke of Albany & her grandson Albert Victor, Duke of Clarence & Avondale are buried. Her grandson was at the time of his death 2nd in line to the throne & would of been King if he hadn’t died in 1892. Queen Victoria after her funeral lay-in-state, in this chapel for two days before she was interred beside Prince Albert in the Royal Mausoleum at Frogmore at Windsor Great Park.
Actually I think we have to thank Paolo for showing the world this beautiful chapel and to remind people about Prince Albert Victor who,had he not died young in 1892 would have been King and there would have been no King George V or VIth ,or Queen Elizabeth II ! This chapel has been closed off for years because the floor is too delicate to allow the public in.I was lucky enough to see inside when it was open to the public and Prince Albert Victor's memorial is quite breathtaking,and his mother wanted his coffin placed above the ground and not under it.,.hence the height of it!. This chapel has not been a place of worship ,but more a place to remember Prince Albert and Prince Albert Victor and Paolo has given people the opportunity to see it who otherwise would not have got to see it.

St. George's Chapel is a house of worship, so it's considered very disrespectful to film here, as well as not being permitted. The fact that you knew this, and kept doing it, is both disrespectful and rude.
