Hi you seem to understand engineering concepts do you think if you had some very small you wanted to foam theoretically you could make a foamer using a soda syphon any ideas please thank you
Unfortunately, it is not possible to unequivocally answer your question, you can find this information in the technical documentation for the repair of your car. AUTODOC
There is no exact number of holes, there should be enough of them, the approximate interval is visible in the video on the tube. The tube should not be tightly and completely inserted; there should be free space for the contents to pass through.
@@autodocuk I bought car shampoo but it is not written in it how much water and shampoo I put and the most important thing for me is that it is shampoo for cars because my car paint is beautiful and I don't want it to be ruined
Putting the holes in the tube ruined my sprayer. It doesnt pull up any liquid, just releases all the air. Ah nevermind, I was just testing it with only water. You need the foam liquid in it and shaken up before it'll spray foam. But now mines coming out like shaving foam or like confetti. Did I put too much foam solution in? 😋😋 Says 100ml per 500ml water. There was 1500ml of water, I added about 200ml of solution, so 100ml less than recommended.
I dont know about the confetti thing, but I do know that if you want to use your sprayer for just water after putting holes in it, you could use electrical tape or gorilla tape to just tape up the areas you put holes in.
3 seems to be the magic number. I put 5 in at first and it worked okay. Took it apart again and blocked 2 with hot glue gun, leaving 3 open. And it worked much better. I used a very small pin though.

Same. I poked 3 holes and now it’s not working correctly 😂
The holes have to be all ABOVE the water line.

this is good use for motorcycle
How many holes? And do u poke all the way through tube?

Thanks much man your video was very helpful🫡 and I now got a great hack for a cheap foam sprayer can’t wait to try it on my wheels and tires
If I may ask. What’s the need of making holes? Kindly need feedback before I give it a try
It helps airate the mixture
whats't the purpose of making the holes in small tiny hose?
The purpose of the holes is to mix air with liquid for better foaming.
@@autodocuk Thanks!! I made 3 holes and so far works perfect! :)
@@ivandolinic5675
No need to destroy the tube it can do the same job without holes !
It worked perfectly but I got tired of pumping it up so I fitted a hose connector and it exploded
🤣🤣🤣
Ummm... I just wanna ask about why poke holes on the top part of the tube? 😁😁😁
The holes in the upper part of the tube are located so that air enters with the shampoo and foaming occurs.

I want to know how much shampoo I put and how much water I put In order to get me an excellent foam to wash the car without tiredness
This information can be found in the shampoo's instructions for use. This information may vary depending on the shampoo manufacturer.

my question is dont the holes have to drilled above the water level thoughts please thank you!!!!
Yes, otherwise you get soapy water coming out, not foam.
Can someone explain why did it use sponge ? I don't get it
In this case, the sponge is for foaming, when shampoo and air pass through it, foam is created.
It creates friction and that creates foam.
what is the rolled scotch pad insert for?
It is needed for good foaming.
How to convert into wider throw instead of pointed one
We do not have such information, we recommend that you consult your mechanic.
Op. Turn the nozzle
Why making the holes ? I didn't understand.
For good foaming, so that not only liquid but also air from the reservoir gets in, thereby better foaming of the shampoo.
The foam isnt thick is that normal?
Did it work
@@nenoqyt7769 yeah it does require a lot of car shampoo tho to get foam
Why do you pierce with a needle?
Thanks for your feedback! Please specify your question.
Hi, I have the same question as well. Why do we need to put holes in the tube/straw of the pump? Thanks!
👍🏾👍🏾
Didnt work, need help. I have the left gun

I dont get why do you combine two different bottles, i just have one
The video shows two different bottles for clarity. You can only use one.

Annoying background music.

Or buy a foam pump 😆

Fake - Your brass spray nozzle is suddenly a different type between 54 seconds and 1 minute - so you've changed it to another type of nozzle
You do realize he's doing this to 2 different sprayers right?
How many holes I need to do in the upper part of the tube?
Take a safety pin and poke a hole straight through the tube to the other side, twice. So four holes
1-2
What’s the point of the holes?
