'They are going to ask you whether or not you intended to claim asylum when you entered the UK on your visa. If it was your intention to claim asylum when you entered the UK on that visa then they are going to conclude that you entering the UK on that visa was a deception.' So when the intention of claiming the asylum should appear then?

Some genuine ones prefer to be dead in their own countries fighting for their cause rather than getting humiliated by others in a land that promises to give them respect but, in reality, demeans them and puts a leash around the neck.
Not only do they get trapped in the vicious circle of interminable meaninglessness but become a member of a club that tears them apart, rip off their souls, and demolish the temple of the body. I'm not being dramatic here; many stories that I have head from the vary mouth of those even got asylumm disclose horrific realities, unbeknowest to others wishing for the same.
The best way is that you contact the authority directly if you are a genuine person. Nothing is to fear. It is hard for liars.*

It has to be severe that it can lead to loss of life, internal relocation is not a choice, plus no access or failure to get protection from the home state.

Explain? I mean I'm no expert in law, but I'm sure being an asylum lawyer for LGBT immigrants is not the most lucrative path. Barring further evidence, I really don't think this is something you do if you're out for money
Go to law school and get A’s and stop whinnng! All asylum seekers get pro bono lawyers paid by the government,if you got an issue…go to law school and become one!
