Hi Alberto, I also knew of this Loco but untill I bought the model I had never heard of this manufacturer either. Its a challenging resotoration but so far enjoying it. Hi Anthony, I was lucky to buy this brass model of the LMS 10000 as they are quite rare. This will be my most challenging Restoration so far so I hope it turns out ok. This was the UKs first mainline Diesel Loco built in 1947 with the first V 16 cyl engine made by English Electric. Only 2 were built, 10000 in black and 10001 in green liveries. I will now have the first UK Diesel in my collection along with Rocket the first practical Steam Loco. Thanks for your support and kind comments its really appreciated. All the best, Paul.👍👍🙏

I have spent some time collecting the various details for this model and hope the end result looks ok. My Nephew is helping me with some of the preparation and painting which is a great help. I was surprised how much fine detail there was under all that black paint, its a well made kit by FIA in South Korea. I am starting to rebuild the chassis, fitting a 12v CD motor and lights which should improve the running and appearance. I hope to finish it by next Sunday and have it running on the layout.
