I CANNOT wait for this album to come out! I've been following Troy since his Void days (with Andy and Dane and the crew), and through all the Nu-Jive releases (where I dug into this lineup and fell in love with the writing, the tightness, and the angularity of everyone's playing), so a new album is SO EXCITING! My birthday is in July, but it feels like it just got moved up to June 10th! 😉

Hey Troy, I've been following you since "Afghanistan" on one of the WA jazz compilation CDs in the early 90s. We also met on a few occasions in P-Town, though you probably don't remember, and I was a regular at VOID gigs at the Llama Bar, the PJS and the Ellington. I bought "Soul Garbage" in 2009. I guess NU-JIVE is a joint Aussie/Merkin band, and a fucking brilliant group too. I don't live in P-Town (or 'Straya) anymore, and the last time I heard you was at the PIJF in 2014, so already ten years ago. Thank you for all the great music. I'm always listening for more.
