Why we cant start on the front foot?
Grimmy, I hope you learn from this Copa America. You need a strong bench to play at the top level internationally. Players will be injured/ lose form (Demarai Gray) or out for personal reasons (Leon Bailey) so you need elite level players to call on. In fact we need better quality all over the pitch. Second thing for me you should take note from how the team played in the second half. It is clear the guys are more suited to that system of play.
We need to have a more positive and attack minded approach to games. I understand that the team is a work in progress still. But second half shows we have the players and the capacity to switch things up and start stronger. Even though Ecuador backed off in the second half.
We needed to be more organized and positive against Mexico as well. We had that game. One Reggae Boyz 🙏🏾
We were actually robbed of two penalties and Paez penalty should have been retaken for encroachment by Sarmiento. The first penalty not given was when Boza took a shot/pass in the 61st minute and it deflected off the defender's hand which was away from his body. You could argue proximity so no pen but then the same argument should have been used for Leighs hand ball. Second penalty shout needs no explanation.
Its simply that they don't want Jamaica to advance because the stadiums are half full when we play. Its all about the $$$.

Coach need to place players in their right positions. He needs to understand that you either start Antonio or Nicholson, not both! Use 4-3-3(attacking) formation. Drop Waite for the next game. He needs to recall Ravel because we dont have a midfield maestro to control the game.
Coach, we need to keep the ball, long pass over the midfield is not the answer, no WC with this style of play!

Why the damn inquisition of the Coach. Yow, the midfielders are deplorable, they can't string two passes together. The coach needs to get midfielders who are not afraid to hold the ball. Jamaica has no quality players to compete at this level; stop blaming the coach and see the reality of it all.
Some of the players are without common sense. Need to think, focus, analyse and make better decisions. Smh.
