For Putin, "ceasefire" = pausing to reload. Only Putin's complete military defeat ends the war.
Putin never asked for a ceasefire or negotiations after the Ukrainians walked away from the peace deal in Turkey. Putin is not going to be defeated, Ukraine does not have the capacity, and NATO cannot fight.

Yes Russia is failing everywhere , Kursk , Prokrovsk and other front lines as no experienced soldiers only young boys with no training . Russia is loosing more than 1000 young lives per day . The guilty is the Russian peple who allow such criminals to stay on the governement . You all are guilty . Russia will loose the war is not far the time . But for your politicians mistakes your future will be really sad and hard , You , Russian people have to go in the Kremlin protesting and may be starting a civil war against Putin . Why even negotiate with Putin? Negotiating with him would be a waste of time and energy. If he saw a benefit in signing a contract, he would sign it and disregard it immediately.

the people who follow along with events everyday really put themselves out there emotionally. I've been watching updates every single day since the war started, I never had any friends from Ukraine or knew much about it, but that never mattered at all. I know all the harrowing and gruesome details from days gone by that the mainstream media so easily forgets or ignores. For any others who won't look away despite a luxury to do so and despite the harsh realities - cheers, you're exceptional humans
