Anytime it would go to the red mark for the psi I would release the pressure I can't remember which number it was at. It constantly turns on and off as the more you press the hand piece step, the pressure goes up and down up and down.

You can simply Google search them, eBay search them or Amazon search them and everything will be fine. As long as you make sure that you are buying either a two-hole-hand piece with the two whole unit or a four-hole handpiece with a four hole unit.
Did u release the air from the bottom of the compressor after using it evrytime? Read it somewhere thats it’s important to release it but it also releases some greese and liquid.

What type of typodont are you using? Also, do you feel it's necessary to use water on typodont teeth?

Yes absolutely! Made sure there was never air inside when I turned it off and was not using it
My air conpressor of portable dentL unit is not holding air so RPM of handpieces reduces too. Any help?
Double check your piping/tubing to ensure there is no escape of air and that there is a good seal! Hope this helps
