Hey. I don’t mean to insult or disrespect the other Star Wars content creators but you’re my personal favorite man. Especially during the most trying times life gives us all and I thank you so much for all that you do for us. Blessings sir.
It's sad to think about the untapped wasted potential that Disney threw away for "The power of mmmmaaannnyyy!!!" But seriously, this is just what I need for Halloween.
1. The old EU was 80% dross. 20% gold, but 80% dross. It had plenty of fantastic concepts, but a lot of it was dubiously executed. 2. It was also way convoluted and frequently contradictory. Keeping track of it was a Herculean task, at the best of times. 3. They're doing what they were always going to do, which is pick the good bits out of the EU, minus Mara Jade, because George Lucas has issues with Mara Jade that I never fully understood but I think boiled down to Jedi Marriage Ew and also something to do with sexy twi'leks yes, sexy humans no.
I love your lore vids bro they are good to build my starwars legos to and to fall asleep to. Keep up the good work my friend and may the force be with you
He didn't use force push because he had an easy open path to sm-33's off switch. If he used force push sm-33 would have still been actively trying to kill them. Instead I think he used for force speed to get to the switch before sm-33 could hurt anyone or himself. After all, sm-33 is the only one who has the coordinates.
A few thoughts: 1: Darth Momin is what happens when a Star Wars writer learns about the Dark Eldar haemonculi from 40k and says "Hold my blue milk." 2: The deleted scene in Echo base where Threepio rips the "Do not open this door because the room is full of wampas" note off a door, and then a bit later a stormtrooper opens it and gets dragged in by the wampas is the funniest deleted scene in Star wars and it's a travesty that it was cut, and nothing will change my mind. 3:Not a big fan of the idea that Star weirds are living manifestations of the Dark Side. I prefer the idea that they're something else completely separate from the Force, from somewhere where (to quote Lovecraft) "things aren't the same as they are here." To me, saying that the Dark side is the reason for every weird thing in Star Wars is like the Wars equivalent of 40k writers when they explain all the weird stuff by just saying "Chaos did it" 4: I get the feeling that the gangers from Necromunda would take one look at Coruscant's lower levels and say "I love this place, it's just like home! 5: Even if he was a dangerous Sith lord, I can never take Exar Kun seriously because of his name. My mind always just jumps to imagining a scene from a crappy harem comedy anime with some hyperactive anime girl chasing him and yelling "Exar-kun! I looooove you, Exar-kuuuuuuun!"
Huh, so there is actual lore behind the Ewok Hunt gamemode in Battlefront 2 Ewok Hunt is an actual horror game if you're playing as a stormtrooper because you get no warning at all and it's really dark, so you can't see the booby traps and a lot of the time the Ewok players will gang up on one or two stormtrooper players. Being that stormtrooper player is terrifying because you just see multiple tiny bodies coming at you from the darkness and you don't know how many there could be
No bot is genuinely an amazingly well written creepy"folklore" within the star wars universe. I'd absolutely be freaked out by a a doll that replays audio of a murder! What the hell!? That's so terrifying! Idk if it's bc I'm high or what but just imagining living in the universe and coming across a creepy robot that won't go away, playing audio like that...? I'm leaving the planet
I’d love a video about the cantina on level 5 of Coruscant. I find it so interesting that it is barely mentioned. I feel like a lot of interesting things take place in the cantina.
26:09: Truly horrifying, I'm playing minecraft at 6:13 A.M and I really thought some fucker was behind me. That scared the living crap out of me like I legit sharted a little......... Masterpiece (The Transition)
I remember fighting the ewoks on that special game mode in battlefront 2. Man playing as a storm trooper in that shit was terrifying. You would get jumped by like 6 of them in the pitch black out of nowhere.
The Ewoks knew well in advance the routs the imperials would take and so knew where to stack the giant logs and boulders; they seemed to instinctively know how to use the technology of the imperials - the walkers and speeders. This would indicate to me that the Ewoks were force-sensitives or were telepathic and capable of seeing into the future to some extent.
One of the first sith lords, but its only been 1000 years? They're not even using the battery pack lightsabers.lights aberration. Momin's story didn't make sense.
The Nameless are absolutely terrifying. creatures that can feed and or cut a Jedi or force user from the force and plaguing them with endless fear is truly horrific.
There are so many amazing star wars stories out there That will never get told on the big screen or streaming and if they do they're going to get fucked up by disney
@TheStupendousWave i just love it, to deep dive into the storys, thank you for making peak Star Wars contend. Would ne great if Disney could be as dedicated as you are.
Strongly agree with your thoughts on adding more females & movie villains to the DB line. For females, I would push much harder for Videl (either her baggy shirt pigtails look or her short-hair version) and also Android 18 in her black & white outfit. For villains not mentioned (movie or otherwise) I would say Dabura is a layup much like Janemba for unique & cool design. Also, not including Lord Slug makes you racist.
Be cool to have a star wars horror game. Like maybe a cross between deadspace and jedi survivor. Like make you a padawan on a journey with your master in some ancient tomb and have some crazy darkside stuff happen or a Bounty hunter where you track your target to unknown space only to find something truly terrifying
I don't if I would consider Calista Ming to be Luke's student, as she knew more about the force than him, but had lost her powers. I think that "lover" is a more accurate description.
I dislike Momin, but only because I feel like the Sith would've just killed him. Everything we know about the Sith up until the point Momin is introduced, tells us that he would be considered a traitor and would be killed and attacked by all of them. He couldn't have called himself a "Sith lord" either, because he very literally...isn't. Could've done without the addition of Momin, but I don't HATE it. I just don't LIKE it.
Imagine the horror monsters of Coruscant got there somehow. But how? Its a civilized super mega planet fully industrialized and settled almsot down to the cubic inch. I have to imagine someone smuggled these creatures here to be sold in the blackmarket while they were young or maybe just got flushed down the toilet. But how long have they been there?
Vader saw vision of his entire life and the faces of all the people he had killed as tears in the force like Yoda feels when people die. He eventually ended up at a vision of padme and was in the middle of trying to bring her back through that tear in the force and before he could fully bring her back to life he was pulled back by some unknown force. Many believed Palpatine. But it is widely theorized that Vader was simply rejected by the force because he was the chosen one. If he brought back padme he would have never killed sidious.
Imagine an AU where Anakin found Maul's ship as he lands, called by the ship and disappears until the clone wars, returning corrupted and taking on both the CIS and Clone armies
The problem with tel angor and the silver Jedi is they started their experiment with the intent to gain more power in the light side to destroy all traces of the dark side and that's the mistake a yearning for power no matter how noble the intention can be a pathway to the dark side I think when it comes to the light side I believe the goal for power should be preserving life not taking it more often than not the most powerful light side abilities ward off the dark side like how force light can strip a siths ability to use the dark side while in its presence because it forces the dark side from their body
I know of the most terrifying story in Star wars OUTER continuity: The Swamps of Degoba... Don't believe me? Look for it in the holocrons of the net! 😂
Could anyone tell me if there's any spoil about the death Trooper novel? I just purchased it for my Halloween read of the year but haven't started it yet 😊
The section about the ewoks.... Yet another example of art imitating life. Think about this. When those ewoks were created, the United States had only been removed from 11 years of combat in Vietnam for maybe 10 years if that. You know that's what My father's generation thought of those people. There were animals. They lived in the jungle. They lived on rice and fish and dressed in black pajamas. 58,000 of us learned too late that technology and weapons are only one part of winning a war. And look how history repeats itself! Why we've been in the middle of nowhere battling metaphorical ewoks for the last 25 years. Haven't gotten any further with anything real. We have all these weapons. Bombs that can drive into the Earth and explode 100 ft below the surface. Tanks helicopters airplanes aircraft carriers..... And we can't defeat a group of goat herders? Maybe we as people should just start seeing each other as freaking people and stop trying to kill each other. Then we won't have to contend with the surprise ewoks of the world. On a lighter note, who else looks at the wampa and thinks of the freaking bumbles? Or should I say bumble's evil twin?🤣🤣 Also relating to the wampas.... I had a soft cover book graphic novel ish version of empire And they start to go into the wampas crashing through the ice wall and into the base and then never go anywhere with it. Everything else in that book is almost verbatim to the movie except that one panel
As always absolutely loving your star wars content. the story about the ewok teddy bears made me laugh so much and easily made my day. Nor Satan, Godzilla, darkest sith lords, sith gods, or largest star wars monster, creature's have anything on small vicious ewok's. even they all fear the ewok's. You think the big stuff is scary try the tiny small stuff LMAO.

Having just read Death Troopers again, I'm incredibly happy for this compilation
I read it too around 15. That was almost 15 years ago.
A horror lore compilation, just in time for Halloween. I love it.
The most terrifying words a person can hear on Endor:
"Nub. Nub."
In a alternate world, galaxy, solar system, or universe Star Wars would be in either a R rated or NC 17 rated kind of continuation or continuing yeah.
And it would be so much better for it.
I'm sure a few cantinas would be NC-17
At least we got the comics
and, of course, The Stupendous Wave!
What is a bc 17
I just want to say that I deeply appreciate your videos and the effort you put into them. Thank you
Hey. I don’t mean to insult or disrespect the other Star Wars content creators but you’re my personal favorite man. Especially during the most trying times life gives us all and I thank you so much for all that you do for us. Blessings sir.
Wow. Great work stupendous. Looking forward to watching this
Thank you! Cheers!
Listening to this before bed, thank you
You guys spoil us with these videos
Darth Momin, AKA the Ed Gein of Sith Lords.
Listening to this while finally building a UCS Millennium Falcon for the first time, what a magnificent time to be alive
I had many stuff to do this morning and this video kept me entertained during the whole thing 😅

Nice post for Halloween 🎉
Best star wars channel ever!
OUTRAGEOUS THIS IS
Can't wait to hear why Star Wars horror is WAY more scary than I think!
I love your lore vids bro they are good to build my starwars legos to and to fall asleep to. Keep up the good work my friend and may the force be with you

A few thoughts:
1: Darth Momin is what happens when a Star Wars writer learns about the Dark Eldar haemonculi from 40k and says "Hold my blue milk."
2: The deleted scene in Echo base where Threepio rips the "Do not open this door because the room is full of wampas" note off a door, and then a bit later a stormtrooper opens it and gets dragged in by the wampas is the funniest deleted scene in Star wars and it's a travesty that it was cut, and nothing will change my mind.
3:Not a big fan of the idea that Star weirds are living manifestations of the Dark Side. Great work man
You forgot to include the Acolyte in this list too!
Your comtent is amazing friend love your work keep it up
Thank you so much 😁
I like how detailed you are in the story because Star wars reading club didn't talk about all this.
"You sly dog, you got me monologuing "
Awesome video!
Thanks!
Huh, so there is actual lore behind the Ewok Hunt gamemode in Battlefront 2
Ewok Hunt is an actual horror game if you're playing as a stormtrooper because you get no warning at all and it's really dark, so you can't see the booby traps and a lot of the time the Ewok players will gang up on one or two stormtrooper players. Being that stormtrooper player is terrifying because you just see multiple tiny bodies coming at you from the darkness and you don't know how many there could be
Great stories. Thanks. Watched to 20:21. May the Force be with you
Bro didn’t even finish
Dear god! We could’ve have these stories! Why hasn’t Disney made this? They’d have a massive fanbase
No bot is genuinely an amazingly well written creepy"folklore" within the star wars universe. I'd absolutely be freaked out by a a doll that replays audio of a murder! What the hell!? Wampas are protected. To protect the rest of the galaxy from them.
Also I agree Star Wars could do a hell of a lot more with rated R and pg-13:movies
This will ne interesting
Now i know why people hate ewoks
I’d love a video about the cantina on level 5 of Coruscant. I find it so interesting that it is barely mentioned. I feel like a lot of interesting things take place in the cantina.

I didn't know Star wars had horror lore
Literally has all spheres covered 😮💨
Star wars EU baby!!! Can't go wrong ever!!! Disney though??
Yea it has everything from high fantasy to government drama to western like outlaws to horror and Eldritch like beings
would love to hear more about that Wampa echo base attack!
1:52 Ahhhhh Momin the uncommon, it’s not a story the Jedi like to tell
Spoopy
One of the first sith lords, but its only been 1000 years?
They're not even using the battery pack lightsabers.lights aberration.
Momin's story didn't make sense.
gay much
There are a lot of people who think Vader could've been redeemed, but now I'm pretty sure he's in like, SUPER Hell.
The Nameless are absolutely terrifying. creatures that can feed and or cut a Jedi or force user from the force and plaguing them with endless fear is truly horrific.
cool i love the story ❤😊
Love this horror compilation vid and love all the horror vids in it and can’t wait for the next horror lore video
Ya gotta do the Wompa attack on Echoe base story, for "all Hallows eve", PLEASE!!
Tel Angor the Silver Jedi would be awesome if brought to Cinema screen 👍
I like the Darth maman story.
Darth Momin reminds me on a Drukhari Haemonculi...
There are so many amazing star wars stories out there That will never get told on the big screen or streaming and if they do they're going to get fucked up by disney

I wonder if Momin and his master were a part of the Bane Rule of Two era.
I dislike Momin, but only because I feel like the Sith would've just killed him. Where's the video showing what Vader saw after stepping through that gateway?
Imagine the horror monsters of Coruscant got there somehow. But how? Its a civilized super mega planet fully industrialized and settled almsot down to the cubic inch. Nobot is a Star Wars creepypasta
Endor would have been like Felucia if Ewoks didn't evolve to be such terrifying apex predators
49:36 that’s what the acolyte should have been about
To think all sidious had to do to turn Anakin was give him that ship. Just give Anakin mauls ship and it's a wrap.
Vader saw vision of his entire life and the faces of all the people he had killed as tears in the force like Yoda feels when people die. I know of the most terrifying story in Star wars OUTER continuity: The Swamps of Degoba... Don't believe me? Look for it in the holocrons of the net! 😂
I still think that Vader is far worse by comparison. I mean he did, after all, murder a handful of younglings! Can’t downplay THAT!
You'd be surprised. Murdering babies and children doesn't seem to get the same outrage it used to
Is there already a video with the continuation of the Momin story? Super curious what happened!
Jedi Vampire is a interesting one.
Even the problem...how do u kill it?Should you just contaim it until you find a cure?
Is this available on anything else besides youtube so I can listen while working???????
I actually have a digital copy of the hunger.
Death troopers in a nutshell
Wouldn't people use thermal vision on Hoth? The Wampas would stick out like a severed arm.
This was great! It's also wild, when the galaxy of fear books came out I was reading a lot of SW books, and don't remember ever seeing them.
Sweet, i enjoy scifi horror stories.
We need a darth momin movie
Palpatine was preparing for the Yuuzhan Vong invasion, the Starweird thing is so stupid
Could anyone tell me if there's any spoil about the death Trooper novel? I just purchased it for my Halloween read of the year but haven't started it yet 😊
Fantastic. 😂
What if there is a old sith lord possessing no-bot but he messed it up and only repeat the last thing the c3po hear heard.
I have a theory about nobot and c3p0
When you make the next compilation can you put the newer videos first?

What does this have to do with my charger not working
Wompas vs ewoks who wins and why???
