Does anyone else translate eagle to English as they make all of their wonderful noises? I crack myself up, Shadow-“what do you mean you want me back on the nest, I brought you 3 fish today.” Jackie- “You called me back after 5 minutes, I didn’t even have time to finish pooping, and sometimes I like to choose a fish for myself, plus there’s a squirrel with a head I’d like to tear off and share guts with you, but noooo. Will no one in this nest give me 10 minutes for a hunt and poop?”

Jackie is larger, her beak is thicker and she has a smudge now. The smudge above Jackie's right eye appeared in late January. The exact origin is a mystery.
