#lifecoachvenus. I really appreciate and respect the way you have handled such a touchy topic, without harsh judgment, hard tones, or negative criticism. You are easy to listen to, easy to relate to, and have a positive demeanor! You are reaching people on multiple levels, and I wholeheartedly support your mission ❤😊

shame is a tough one. i wish people knew how debilitating it really is. ive met people that cant set goals because they are so afraid of the shame they feel if they fail. its harsh to see. failure is such a normal part of life. thank goodness for good friends.

Oh, Lord. I can certainly relate to the expecting the worst outcome. I am recovering from a 3-year health journey that brought about a lot of catastrophizing and fear avoidance in physical movement. It's a process to be sure.

what's interesting about this vid to me (the part that spoke to me) is about the negativity and how it translates to sport (for me). I'm on a new journey, learning to compete in triathlon. And it's amazing to me how much of it is mental. You can train all day. But the reality is, each race day is different. And no amount of training can fully prepare you for that day (no two race days are the same). And to make it, no matter the conditions, just how strong your mental game has to be. And that means, to focus on the goal (completing the race) and obtaining your personal best (running your race and ignoring what everyone else is doing). That is hard, especially when you're competitive. And it's not a naturally learned skill (at least for me). And it's got me thinking about how my mentality (judging myself and expectations of myself), impacts me in other areas of my life. What I find is, when i'm going thru it (aka competing) and things aren't going as planned, I am my most negative. And when I'm in it, I STRUGGLE to find the positivity. Eventually, I'm able to find something to finish the race. But, as I go thru it, I wonder if I could conquer the mental game, would my performance be better?

Hola Venus, I am glad to watch your video and agree with many facts mentioned. We have to look deep within ourselves and find the reason we might feel a certain way. I missed the chance to meet you the other day when you visited the Kingdom Hall in San Juan. My daughter Ana Sophia said you were very kind (and tennis is her favorite sport!). Keep sharing your knowledge and we send our love from Puerto Rico.

First off you should have your own talk show 👍👍 Now after listening to you I am the toxic one..I wanted to live my dream through my daughter and then when it started to slip away and it did😢😢I pretty much through a fit like a child…now I’m having a hard time winning her back.. now I’m blaming everyone else when I’m the one who started it😢😢😢 I will say this I’m slowly working my way back slowly👍👍👍 here’s one more problem I have. I don’t have patience when I want something I want to right now.😥😥 but I have realized I caused this toxic mess and it cannot be fixed overnight!!!! how does that saying go? Patience is a virtue. also, someone told me time heals. you are very right it’s not forever. It just seems that way.👍👍👍.
    Thank you Venus
You taught me that I finally have to wake up and smell the coffee ❤❤❤❤

Thank you, i would like to know how to hold a steady basis with the values that are important, yet grow in new ways that is beneficial, that may go ( completely - seemingly ) against our previous perceptions about the things (( and how we think )) we guard and protect the things we value • if this makes sense.. ie how to grow in the best way and follow the universal( ly best ) wisdom.. or in other words how to see the best route before understanding what it is or can be = how to recognize what to follow to learn to improve myself the best -> and then create the best state in and of existing to and for all through that ( and keep steady with that )

This is a very important topic, and a big problem in relationships. Job well done with this video, but I think that first part of the presentation where Serena says if that is what a person chooses to be in their life , then its okay is not right, not correct. There is a clear case of morality here and we do not want to approach the subject as if we are not sure about what the right thing is. Toxism is bad and has to be called out and dealt with openly.

Hi what do you think of having meghan on a episode to pick her brain an ask her questions I think this subject of toxicty is important especially meghan with her family issues an meghan finally have to let go of things or possibly toxicity that jump in her in the mist of her family an media an harry family drama. I would to hear from her to see how she been processing all this an things she learned that works an don't work an lesson she learned from choices she felt that was right from her sn an how the growth sn hope she has for remaining sn upcoming year an if she has reconnected behind the scenes she lost touch with her friends circle if learning anything from her friends to help her to navigate family situations. An I would love to see more of meg an Serena an you too do things together but I know everyone mom now an can't do what they 6 years ago but finds ways to have fun privately an sometimes oppnly I loved see the support of them too I miss seeing there laughs together an haven't seen yet there children hang together lol. I hope one day they all meg an harry Serena an your family with the kids all hang out or vacation somewhere family friends fun day. Hopefully we will see the gang out next year enjoying themselves . I think Serena is a good wise support system frirnd meghan would benefit from dur g the high an low an keeps it real an alex can be brotherly to harry go hang out .I rooting for love an against all the odds. If you can tell meg an harry one of theee supporters are rooting for them for love an respect an honor within themselves an for others will conquer all an there love for each other shall prevail for each other an the will continue to find balance an work an family life sn friends an fight for their love through all they face sn continue to grow their love an make the beautiful moments for their family. I know how it is to have a toxicity family controlling . I had to cut ties an space an people judge me for the choice I decided to make for my mental health an my kids mental health an heart to not bring expose kids to it. I get it with meghan especially when she did a totally cut off. I do hope she can speak to her dad one before it to late can do a phone call or video to attempt it. But I also get the trust things of leaking of calls recorded worried about that since he leak a letter once. But I don't want her to have the last moment of not hearing from him an not speaking to him all if God forbid he passes away but it is meg choice on her time sn when she feel comfortable with it an safe an secure. I hope that happens for her an her dad . That her dad be a father a man an reach out to her speak to her an not leak it regardless if he doesn't like what been said to him I am rooting they meg an her family will have some I
Of mutual respected line that want. be cross an have a talk. Now her siblings is a different story they really need Jesus. Lol.
