i wonder, is she "bad" at speaking because she's used to speaking her dialect and has to translate stuff into the seoul dialect in her head before she talks?
also i really think she has ADHD, which would explain basically everything in this video haha, including the wide range of talents and stuff haha. i have ADHD, and while i'm not as talented as she is, i do like learning lots of different things because my brain just seeks out new stuff constantly haha. and of course, i stumble over my own words all the time

But why is she so bad at speaking? Is it a speech impediment, like a stutter, or is it because she actually has a fairly thick dialect and tries to speak "normal" korean and fails a bit?
I don't understand korean, but even I can tell that she speaks differently than the others.
