My favorite thing about this is the fact that this isn't the first rock song Yelawolf has made, but it's the first song of the Indie Rock style, and that shows he's actually a versatile rock musician in addition to everything else he's done. It's a breath of fresh air compared to most artists these days who cling to one style

Once again, listening to this guy, I ask the question: "What makes me come back to him again and again"? For me, this is his voice, which sounds in absolute unison with the guitar. It's a crazy tandem that makes my nervous system explode.

Damn it, I'm glad I saw the video along with hearing the song for the first time because not seeing the video would have given the song a completely different tone or meaning without knowing what the song was about or what you were trying to convey. I felt so many feelings and emotions. While I was watching and listening, I actually stood up and found myself yelling, protesting and covering my towards the end of the video. Is that I recently had another falling out w my daughter over her assuming I'm not worthy or good enough to spend time w my grands or be a part of her life, it's her choice. She also is holding a grudge for not running to my husband's side when he had a stroke, I was separated from him & living @ my mommas for about a year, he was a heavy drinker of vodka & most days did pain pills if he had them, severely diabetic, also was refusing to do to dr appts so I made the decision to leave once again bc it was killing me too
Watching him give up was really hard. I had a long hard year of sobriety & my momma was ill at the time so I couldn't just up & leave her when she was the only one who gave me a place to stay
Also over the 20 + years that we were together on & off
He was very abusive & narcissistic, he passed in sept 2019. I was at the funeral but no one cared I had spent those years catering to them & took a lot of shit from him & still managed to get out & get clean for gooD!!
