This should be illegal tbh. Hiring and firing 1000s of people without any accountability. Leaving people to fend for themselves in the horrible job market without any insurance.

But it’s okay for employees to leave when ever they want. Some don’t even give a notice. Life is not fair.

People like you didn't purchase an EV like you were told to do. Blame folks like yourself.

Glad to see a segment like this on KXAN finding work in Texas has been such a headache. I have gone to all the major cities and counties in Texas. My hometown is deep south Texas the worst place to be educated and broke at. I have two degrees one from a private University the other Public. I have gone out of state looking for work. I have been unemployed for almost four years now since March 16,2020 in Houston. Debt from school out of my ears. I was not given notice at all in the Channelview area in a building by the law firm of Jim Adler. This economy is ridiculous and hr is the worst now with ghosting just increasing. Yes I am on all job websites for the state and more.

Tech market is horrible right now, especially here in California. Our tech unemployment is higher than any State. The only jobs we have right now in San Diego that are growing are minimum-wage hospitality jobs and jobs in the government sector.

Big tech used US money and exploited workers, now they're fleeing the country with their loot, leaving Americans holding the bag.

We need a law in place to protect workers. Its ridiculous how these companies can legally just drop you out like you're no one.

Companies answer to share holders. Working on a assembly line is not skilled labor.

I thought Tesla moved from California to Texas because it was cheaper and they would be able to grow? 🤔

Workers don’t have rights in red states, it’s all about the businesses that fund their campaigns.

Especially in Texas. Minimum wage is $7.25 still in 2024. Lots of poverty, cheap labor jobs, no one can afford health insurance. Big donors contributing to the red state buying off politicians. It's been known for decades.
