“For you “ lmao drop dead answer omg that had me rolling .. that was a mom answer if I Ever heard one 🤣🤣🤣
Those 2 words…
“For you” said volumes!
Watching his face, Colbert’s reaction was priceless and I pictured his wife spitting out her coffee laughing!
@@kimberleyhosmer5997 you could tell he was thinking of how much his wife would love it🤣
@@kimberleyhosmer5997 he looked into the camera as if making eye contact with Evie 😅
Priceless! You can tell Stephen is a good husband, because he instantly got it and understood how true it was. I once saw a woman on Facebook interviewing men: "How is your work - life balance?" And they didn't even get it. They didn't understand the question. One actually replied "Um .. I don't know. I'd have to ask my wife."
Exactly! Its not as if Stephen was hormonally out of whack for nine months!!
"...for YOU."
Because YOU didn't have to squeeze 'em out, Stephen...
"For you." That was adorable 😍 ☺
Idk why but I want a movie or show with her and Aubrey Plaza. They are both so wonderfully weird and love their personalities.
And Dakota Johnson and Maya Hawke!
how has no one pitched that already??
That would be amazing!!!
Amanda is just always incredible
Hope she wins the Emmy. The show was really good!
She's one of the good ones. Hard not to be a fan.
Such a great show! She deserves all the awards
She's brilliant in everything she does
Stephen has the ah-mazing gift of knowing how to end an interview on a 'highnote'...a lot of people don't realize that.
Amanda, communicating with animals is such a big dream. You got very little claps for it. Huge claps from me. Totally agree.
"that's gotta be bulls**t"
"no, i said it on tv"
3:51 loved the way she delivered that line. 😂😂😊
3:49 perfect answer for parents who pressure you to have kids by saying it's the best thing ever.
Her portrayal of Holmes is so next level. Probably with the benefit of good direction and writing, too, but holy shit.
"For you," 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
That was pretty fricken brilliant: Amanda Seyfried wow
Ok, so she’s now my favorite person.
Chickens don't need AI to communicate with us. They just need a present human who is paying attention to them...like Amanda.
They need cheese and a bun. That’s it.
@@billythekidder7182 - Somebody's gotta raise 'em before you can eat 'em. It isn't lab grown yet.
I was surprised that she called BS on the idea, since she has chickens. Chickens make a couple dozen different sounds and vary the pitch, volume etc - the frustration sound even has a specific name: gakel. I can tell by sound that my d'uccle found something sort of interesting, the Easter Egger wants to see it, d'uccle didn't leave quickly enough and got walloped, the Easter Egger is ultimately unsatisfied with the leaf that looks like bug or whatever. I thought some industrial farms already monitored this just by general volume; since angry/scared bagawks are much louder than any other hen noise.
Brilliant performance 👏👏
She deserves the Emmy for this.
She’s so damn gorgeous!
@PALUMBO DEJVID the hottest. I’d give her 10 more kids
What a great person!
It's really fun seeing her become more mature and self confident. She's always had the talent and now she seems to be able to enjoy it as well.
She's such great actress.
Absolutely gorgeous! She is also a good actress.
Colberts wife be like: you tell him girl
She got that mum charm
i think if there is a madonna biopic, she would be perfect
There is. They cast Julia Garner.
She would have made a great choice though
*feels chest*
"My chickens are stressed out right now"
If you add that third child, you have to change from man-to-man defense to zone defense.
first time i hear about her. I like her personality on this show. she came off as very likeable and easy going.
It's a long time ago but did anyone else love A.S. as the teenage Morman rebel in BIG LOVE? Brilliant.
Yes!
Good!
Good, Ms. Goodson!
What would I do if I knew I could not fail? That's a good one! I'll think on it.
She’s a kicker ! 💕
The "could not fail" question is basically like the wish question. If I knew I could not fail at one thing, I would choose to do the thing that makes it so I could never fail at anything again. That's like the "infinite wishes" answer.
It's an incredibly profound ask that I've never heard before. Like heavy, man. BTW, she answered it perfectly for late night: w/ a joke
I would play the lotto.
It’s not the same thing as the wish question because there is no thing you can do that makes it so you don’t fail at anything else
If I could do anything and not fail, I would love her.
Omg, what an amazing person!
She’s pretty weird but funny , I like her though
She's the best
She look great, the female Paul rudd as she don't seem to age.
She's not that old.
@@EliasJWhite she’s in her late 30s and could easily pass off as 30. Hell she even looks younger than some celebs in their late 20s lol
@@benjjjjsin 36 is mid-thirties. 37-39 is late thirties. Besides, thirties isn't that old. I think this must be an American thing. They often seem surprised when someone looks young in their thirties. But people who are nearly forty still look like they're in their twenties where I'm from. People don't have the best diet in America, sadly.
@@EliasJWhite oop I thought she was already 37. I was comparing her to her fellow white actors though, so where you’re from is irrelevant unfortunately
Crush time for Stephen!
Love love love
2:45 is the perfect reaction
Amanda seyfried is an angel. Thomas sadoski is the luckiest guy on the planet
Has Amanda heard Conan's fantasy? On his podcast, he said his fantasy is Amanda Seyfried as Elizabeth Holmes 😂 I mean, it's funnier than that when he says it because he and Gourley are just going on about it
Chickens are savage dinosaurs, who will kill each off if you stick them in a box, rather than get out.
She been had acting chops
I'm sure she's an insanely good mother.
I haven’t seen the show but my first impression of her Elizabeth Holmes is that it is very Jodie Foster
I was thinking the exact same thing!
Photos don’t do Amanda justice. It’s weird bc she’s so much more gorgeous when you see Her on tv or in real life.
Sorry gang.... I'm on Team Amanda here. She's the best arbiter of all things Amanda.
OMG I used to pretend I could talk with my animals thanks to the Wild Thornberrys :)
To this day she is still trying to get her hands on her precious
Anyone listen to conan's podcast? I can't help but think about that one segment😂
She looks a little like Michelle Pfeiffer, and a little like Aubrey Plaza.
What would I do if I knew I couldn't fail?
Help every human achieve their utmost fullest potential in EVERY aspect possible.
She reminds me very much of Betty Davis
That character reminds me a bit of Jodie Foster.
Animals can communicate remarkably if you pay attention. My cat (actually when she was still a half-grown kitten, who'd already shown understanding of lots of English words) made up a rudimentary full sentence, in hybrid vocal/sign language, after an afternoon playing in a narrow stream of water in the bathtub. She spent at least an hour getting completely soaked, then another hour drying herself, especially wiping her face.
The next day she was sitting on the tub edge, then I observed her give a meow .... then touch the faucet .... then with that same paw wipe her face, all while staring directly at me. I thought, 'Was that what I think it was?' From my ethology background I knew better than to get too excited .... unless she did it again. So I let her see me avert my eyes and turn my head slightly away, as if ignoring her. She meowed again, I looked back at her, and again the faucet touch, again the face-wipe, all in fluid motion and with eye contact.
She was SAYING, "HEY, make this work, so I can get my face wet." So I gave her the immediate approval feedback (said "Good") and turned the faucet slightly on, and she promptly began playing in the water again. This went on for a few weeks, with her always using the sentence, until the novelty of playing in water wore off.
Feed your birds more calcium!
for me the correct answer would be piano or violin.
her answer about disrespect of Holmes' "persona" proves how lame it is so many stars want to play despicable scummy people who don't deserve to be immortalized. Somewhere Holmes is bragging about how the beautiful Amanda Seyfried is playing her, the girl who convinced her boyfriend to kill himself about Elle Fanning playing her, and Dick Cheney is bragging about how how the handsome Batman Christian Bale played him in the movie.
Yeah, Stephen. Why don't you ask Evie how she feels about having three kids!
Amanda seems kinda pissed about being there. I'm sure she would rather be back with the animals.
if I could do any one thing without failing it would be to evolve to the highest part of the Kardashev scale
👀
I thought she was single 😞😞😞
How do these celebrities have PR people, stylists, and so on - and nobody could get that hair out of her face?
If you couldn't fail, surely it wouldn't be an attempt, it would just be doing it?! I automatically think I'd want to save the world from human greed. Dunno how that'd go, though. Probably cause other problems. Meh.
Who's Amanda Siegfreid?
I would ask Drew Barrymore on a date.
I would make this world love show kindness stop sending rockets into space stop all harm to earth end world hunger end homelessness end greed make everyone equal. Peace harmony and unselfishness ..helpful to one another and strict on isolating the broken brained people far from anyone they can harm. Get rid of cell phones and cars busses.

Corny interview. She can’t complete a sentence, too self-conscious.
