- When my mother used to make this truffle cake I would eat it in the pan. It is a syrupy cake with simple ingredients that you will always remember its taste, once you try it.

RECIPES:
Ingredients
For the syrup
1 kg of sugar
1 liter of water
Peel of 1 orange
For the Dough
6 eggs
100 g of sugar
125 g of margarine
300 g of wheat flour
1 baking powder (20 g)
2 vanilla
100 g of truffles
For Ganache
200 g of chocolate
100 ml of milk
Implementation
Boil sugar, water and orange peel in a saucepan for 5 minutes to make our cake syrup.
Continue with the dough and beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy.
We then incorporate the margarine that is at room temperature into our mixture.
Then sift the flour, baking powder, vanilla and work to make a dough.
Then add the truffle and mix.
Then, spread the mixture in a buttered and floured 34 x 26 cm pan and bake at 180 degrees Celsius on the resistances until golden.
While the cake is hot, syrup it with cold syrup and leave it for 4 hours.
At the same time, make the glaze and melt the chocolate and milk in a bain-marie.
Finally, cover the dessert with the glaze and put it in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
