Hi, Susan ~ Thank~you! I was pretty happy with the end results. I figured this would be of no use to me if I couldn't do it with my non dominate hand. I always try to keep it real and show what others may encounter when doing these things themselves at home. I learned a lot with this try and I think next time it will be even better. Hi, Jennifer ~ I (on purpose) applied this with my non-dominate hand. I had to make myself do this just to see if I could. Since I got back into doing my nails I always paint my dominate hand first, then the other one is easy. WoW! You have everything a pro has, with that fan and all. I LOVE Kirsty Meakin. She makes me feel I can do it too. Almost bought a starter kit too LMAO. Hi, Omneya ~ I got a good deal on that little fan. I already have major issues with my sinuses and knew I couldn't do all that filing on my nails and stir up all that dust. Trick is.....ya' gotta remember to turn it on. LOL. Kirsty is amazing, love that girl. It's all about practice, you learn something new each time and it get s better & better. I use a couple of layers of peel off base coat when I do things like this, I have issues committing to these more semi-permanent things. The peel off lets me go through the motions without having to deal with all the soaking off when I mess things up. Thanks for watching. TTYL, my friend. ~~~~Tina

Great video. I have poly gel on the way with dual forms and paper molds. I figured I could put on the mold, fill the form and lay it down. That way I'd get smooth on both sides. I'm excited because I cut part of a finger off and Cindy always looks like she's got a broken nail because she doesn't grow out but down. So I never let that claw grow. Lol. Nice to know this is possible!

    • @MoonBabyNails

Hi, Gina ~ I hope you have fun with the poly gel. I really love that product. The poly gels are so easy to work with. It files down so easy. You will have to let me know what you think of it, once you give it a try. The 1st time I tried it I actually used a couple coats of peel off base coat, so I could pop it off if I messed it up.
