There is no rule for converting to Hinduism unlike other religions. That's why we say a person can only be born Hindu. But if someone from other religions consider himself Hindu, then no one stops them. It's their choice to enter or leave. Because ours is not a religion but way of life.
There is no official conversion process for converting to the Hindu faith. but you can follow hinduism there is no restriction.

Most of the people commented here have no knowledge of scriptures.. i don't claim to know much.. but surely most ppl who comment here follow the secular image of "Hinduism " which is modern.. sanatana parampara is based on vedas.. and we must be born in the land of bharata.. in a specific Kula.. ( brahmana, Kshatriya,vaishya,shudra,Sankara,vanaja(forest dwellers),mleccha,avarna) .. we must be born here to be a hindu..for being a vaishnava one has to be initiated into the fold.. especially with a mantra.. and specific marks... Guru is a must.. even Greeks some 2 3 thousand years came to India many had accepted vaishnava religion.. it's evident from historical ruins n coins of Greeks.. the isckon shown in above video is based on a lineage called gaudiya vaishnava sampradaya.. but iskcon still is a cult.. looks are deceptive

Hindu is more of a geographical identity not a religious. Neither hinduism is as such a religion. But all u have to do is follow these rituals, there is no such concept of conversion here, u can call yourself whatever that's not of significance. What matters is being a good human being and growing spiritually. I know it's hard to understand for people bcoz all their life they have seen abrahmaic religions kind of concepts and setup. But as u explore more n more u'll understand it. Also there are many different ways that people follow here, krishna consciousness is one of them.

Actually in Sanatan dharma there is no concept of religion because hinduism talk about God, creation and even before creation. These religions of today are made few thousands years ago but there is no specific date of hinduism. So that time there was no need of word religion.

It's not like that. Technically, people can not convert anyone, but those who get influenced can adopt this religion willingly. The spread is not indigenous it started in the last century, 20th century only, because they saw Abrahamic religions spreading their religions by missionaries or Tabliq whatever you call for Islamic propogaters so they thought they can also spread otherwise before that it was never like that there was no ISCON or any organization to spread Hindusim before 20th century. There was only one before that in 19th century called Aryasamaj but that was not for conversation it was started as to regain people who got converted into Islam or Christianity due to bribe, force or any other reason and that too if they want to come back willingly not forcefully that's why you can see so many Christians and Muslims in India. Historically, for last 2000-3000 years, only two major religion did not send or approximately never sent ( no are very less almost negligent amount) their missionaries or propogaters to convert people across the world, which is Sanatan , Jews.

Foreigners didn’t convert . Hinduism is the way of life. U live the Hindu way. Converting means that u ve to do certain things expected in that religion. But Hinduism is vast , you have your choices. Tilak is called Gopi Chandan. It’s Krishna’s favourite. It’s believed that people who follow Krishna strictly with some strict way of life . Particularly Dikshit people ( who have taken a shelter of a Guru) believe that putting tilak will give them blessings to do more bhakti.

Normally you will see these people very calm happy intelligent and very attractive joyous and contented in life. They don't crave riches but live a simple and contented happy life

If one has to be vaishnava.. (not isckon which is a cult)..one has to get initiated.. dharma is two fold.. samanya dharma (which is common to all) which includes non violance, speaking truth,non stealing, compassion, acceptance etc..which is common to all.. and vishesha dharma.. which is specific to Varna.. ( n not it's western disorted form known as caste).. eg .. studying vedas( doens't refer to any book.. it's a whole system of knowledge in which all branches of Indian knowledge bsysten are based),teachin, yajana yajana.. daana paratigraha.. being veishesha dharma of brahmana.. whereas.. learning, yajana . N Dana.. protection and ruling of the land .. people and nature.. and keeping everyone United are vishesha dharma of kshatriyas the warrior.. learning,yajana ,daana .trading,commerce and angrcultyal management being vishesha dharma of vaishya.. and the last Varna ..shudra... One which entire base of society is dependent is supposed to do run all the society by providing all the services and in turn being paid bfor their services and assisting other varnas by running cottage industries,crafts,manual labor,in general a service class.. this is the base of our economy.. which the westerners failed to understand and distorted it

Hindu ban nahi sakta ka matlab hai ke koi procedure nahi hai ke koi Non Hindu ho to us procedure se hindu ban jayega. jaise ke Islam me kalma padhna. agar kisi ko Hindu banna hai, to sirf naam ke liye nahi ban sakta hai, usey dil se manna padega Hindu core beliefs ko. woh usase manwa nahi sakte hai koi kalma padhke. agar woh manega to woh hindu hai. there is no procedure. kuch naam ke liye yagnya etc karte hai, lekin woh koi official procedure nahi hai.
