Jaishankar Saab 's father too was a diplomat and specialist on Pak matters in Indira Gandhi govt. His brother too is a serving in the Govt. He comes from the diplomats and " Service" in govt 's close quarters background. You can observe his choice of words and phrases,phases , overall knowledge on world politics etc come from his years in the govt service and family atmosphere and upbringing.

Happy that Jaishankar is popular in Pakistan also but right now your judiciary sytem will see a massive change which is definitely not good for the people. One more dangerous rule is likely to be implemented. Even civilians will be put on trail under Army's act and punished accordingly. Earlier Pakistan was given 8 to 10 years to break. Now you can deduct 3 years from it.
