- On March 18th, 2023, law enforcement responded to a domestic battery report. The woman involved exhibited erratic behavior and resisted arrest, leading to her apprehension and charging with aggravated battery. During transportation and processing, she continued causing disturbances, expressing concerns for her newborn. Despite attempts to calm her, her behavior remained uncooperative. A female officer attempted to establish rapport during detention, but the woman's contentious demeanor persisted during interrogation, hindering the extraction of relevant information. Despite distractions, officers remained focused on unraveling the truth. Eventually, the woman was found guilty of domestic battery and aggravated battery on a peace officer.

At least every person I have ever heard say this that was female always is asking for "eye contact" which is usually a way to try and seduce, flirt, or to cry, claim all sorts of other allegations and "reasons why they did what they did," ; gain sympathy through compassion as a response to her body language (this is the hope at least). Either that or the bat the eyelashes try n look cute and get out of it that way (a date/phone number is all I'm suggesting. I'm not saying she would even do this... I'm just saying it happens and there all sorts of videos of people trying to get out of cuffs, sometimes succeeding by seducing the officer in some way. (This is not ok on eithers part. More so on the person of authority imo).

Other spots on my card include not taking accountability, saying I'm.not resisting whilst resisting, changing the story to fit your narrative constantly, trying to go through all the stages of grief about jail so denial, fighting, bargaining, don't think they ever get to acceptance though.

I'm guessing you've never been a social service worker. They are overworked and underfunded. A few months ago one was killed by a man because she was taking his children to a safe place. So when you say they "rarely do anything", really shows your ignorance.

She knows the longer she delays them in the station, the less chance she will be placed in a holding cell at the county jail…… wake-up officers, put her in the cell, walk away, do your paperwork and stop letting her control the situation….. it is simply infuriating to watch this office spend his entire shift with one single person. Just think of how much he was paid to basically babysit this stupid woman because she is playing the waiting game better than the police

Im so tired of this zero accountability bullshit. Just as i have free will and i am responsible for my actions aka if my actions cause an "incident" of any kind. Then i must deal with the effect that occurs from my actions. Now i can weight the outcome of said actions b4 i do something stupid by asking myself " hmmmm whats the worst possible case right now? Death, then cuffs, then CPS (this one might be biggest prob #1 imo.) , and so on... So conclusion here .. be preemptive not reactionary. Think before you act. If you do act like an ass, be prepared to be treated like one. That certain level of respect we grant eachother for benefit of the doubt only goes so far especially when you lose that benefit as well. Finally, overall, Respect itself is earned not just given to you because DESERVE IT just for existing. Thats not how that goes.
I did not see her commit battery though, yes she is beligerent but she was not aggressive with the officer nor did she hit him, so where does the battery come into play? She does seem to be a nut though, manipulative, i can see her arguing with just about anyone. To her SHUT UP. Why doesnt she just call and have someone look after the baby. She is drunk very drunk.

Postpartum mania is just as common as depression. Some of us lose our minds from the hormones.
I have never been through childbirth other than as a spectator for my kids and the dozen or so times I assisted mothers deliver (I’m a Firefighter/Paramedic). Over the years I’ve seen more recognition of the Postpartum issues in our training.
In this lady’s case, the nastiness seems to have been her normal routine.
She is quite the foul beast, but my 16 year old nephew just walked by and said “crazy nasty lady with more ink than a prison gang member, but she’s got really BIG BOOBS”. 🤣 I assumed my wife would slap him, but she just started cracking up laughing.

I actually feel quite sorry for her. Postnatal depression is a real thing and we don’t know what happened or how the police were called to the scene. Sure she’s not innocent but I just can empathise with her a little bit
