How to do this clense?
What do you mean by “NATURAL SUGARS”
Brown rice is hight glycemic so are sweet potatoes.
Yes they are
Can you comsume celery?
Hey! It says your website domain is unsafe/down 🤔
Can you or anyone tell me the signs of parasites in your body
What to eat that’s what i need to know i already do green smoothies no sure if I should no starch no grains,
Smoothies are an absolute No-No. The first step to digesting your food is chewing it. Drinking smoothies forces you to skip the chewing process because it’s blending and is consumed like a drink. This causes digestive upset, bloat, and other gut issues. Also; it’s cold which makes your gut work harder to try to cook it and break it down. Yes to high quality grains! Have you seen my content about having Kitchari? That will work wonders.
@@mygutculture Grains turn to sugar which eventually feeds parasites , I guess it has to be a small amount each day and smoothies are good when you drink it room temperature and you can have something to chew after you drink your smoothie. .like a carrot. You are a very beautiful woman btw.
Greetings what did you mean by using ghee, coconut oil etc… (Only if you live in a warm environment)? I live in New Jersey. Please could you explain? Give thanks 🙏🏾
Maybe this will help.
Ghee is made by melting regular butter. The butter separates into liquid fats and milk solids. Once separated, the milk solids are removed, which means that ghee has less lactose than butter. Traditionally, ghee has been used as cooking oil, an ingredient in dishes, and in Ayurveda therapies.
Coconut oil can be purchased raw/unfiltered and it’s an anti microbial, antifungal, healthy fats which also greatly boosts your brain. ❤
Thank you @bluegreyfogg ! Coconut oil has cooling properties and this is only appropriate to have when you live in a warm climate. Ghee is tridoshic and can be had at any time of the year.
@@mygutculture you make an excellent point! ❤️
Thank you! Happy healing and living 💚✨
The links in the description don’t work
How should I cream and sweeten my coffee? Oat milk? Stevia? Agave? What do you suggest? This diet sounds like so much work just to shop for the specific ingredients to make it. Not to mention cooking the bowls. Is there anything else that’s quicker I could eat that would count? Can I eat canned beans or precooked quinoa? What do you mean about room temp vs cold water?
Maybe go for matcha instead of coffee.
Just drink black coffee - stop with the creamers and sweeteners. Trust me.
Taking care of yourself requires work. At least you don’t have to go hunt for the food but yes you do need to cook it from scratch. It’s a small price to pay for salvation from the Medical system, but only if you really want it. P.s. - coffee is very drying to the body and the colon, I recommend slowly weaning off it if you want to see optimal results. In the beginning while you’re still slowly weaning off the coffee it’s ok to use a little raw honey (only add it once the coffee is cool enough to stick your finger inside) or you can add a tiny bit of rock sugar while it’s still hot so the coffee can melt the sugar (rock sugar is a cooling natural sugar that’s good for the liver and spleen). No eating canned or precooked foods. Unless you cooked it yourself, the night before then yes you can have it the next day but preferably cook fresh and eat it the same day. Sorry what is your exact question about the water?
@@mygutculture all I can say is I highly respect you for having so much willpower determination and strength to eat this way. Unfortunately as much as I want a healthy life I’m not ready to go all in but you are very smart and your hard work has paid off. The cold water I love so much and just was wondering if it’s absolutely necessary to not drink it if you want to rid the body of them but I’m sure it is.
@Ninahrein I feel you, thank you for the kind words! I also want to say that this is not an all or nothing lifestyle. You can start where you can and slowly make changes. I tell my clients that all the time, something is better than nothing so if all you can do right now is switch to a healthier coffee creamer or switch your sweetener from a processed one to a natural one but you’re not ready to fully let go of the coffee altogether then that’s ok, eventually you will gain the willpower to do it once you surround yourself with the right people and information. I’m happy to help you get started if you like. I’m doing free consultations this month and next month (donation based). Let me know if you want me to help you start making those small changes towards a healthier life. For the water yes you need to make a shift towards warm and eventually slightly hot water but for now if it is difficult, try room temperature water. If that’s difficult, there are some things you can add to your water to help it taste better and get you accustomed to the temperature such as lime, cucumbers, mint, etc. or certain fruit depending on the weather and your current imbalances/body type.
The information between creators is so inconsistent. One doesn’t mention cutting out dairy, potatoes are a problem, they can’t decide between grains or no grains, now you can’t eat meat. How can you tell who is right Ugh. I’d go to a dr.’s channel but that doesn’t help much. What’s the purpose of supplements to remove parasites if they don’t work mostly on their own.
So I went to a local bazaar (grocery store) and I’m eating lots of Indian and middle eastern dishes which are riddled with powerful herbs to detox parasites through meals on a regular basis. I have no time for a bi weekly process. I’m also purchasing a supplement. I’ll let you know which one I decide. Right now I have an oil of oregano tincture I cook with. Keep you posted with the results.
Tbh, no one should be consuming meat only because there are so many unhealthy chemicals that are purposely being put in it(i.e. meat glue, pink slime in ground beef from local grocery stores such as Walmart, and fake man-made fish that are loaded with parasites). Personally, when I start my fast this week I'm going cold turkey by water fasting(it ain't for the weak) just so I can give my body a complete reset. We ALL need it. Good luck and keep doing your due diligence by researching! Only YOU know YOU.
@@divathedivinegoddess8001 Thank you I wish you luck I get wanting to fast our stomach need a break just from over indulgence alone. I decided those Indian meals to be small part portioned 4-5 meals a day cause I want to make sure I’m building muscle but still move some parasites out. I’m sure there’s a way to keep and build muscle while fasting though. I’m just a little piggy. There’s a parasite supplement called scram I’m using haven’t finished it yet. Also i am cutting back on the heavy meat like beef/pork it should be a rarity. My stomach doesn’t like it. Also I discovered most people are lactose because we all lose the the enzymes to break it down as we age but as for any fermented dairy even the severely lactose intolerant should fair well. One more thing tea and coffee! Don’t over consume it and never have them on an empty stomach opt for dark roast less acidity. All these things I have been confusing for a parasite problem when really my stomach needed a break. Love you all.
@@biarosalina Love it, good luck on your journey hun. 💛❣
This is hard as well because they feed on grains and carbs, and sweet potatoes have sugar, that worsened my condition. Ive tried the lentils and brown rice, they are carbs which break down to sugars, left me bloated bec it feeds the parasites still. Especially the sweet potatoes, my body kept craving these because of it feeding them. Its tough
Really? Are you sure that was what worsened it? How much sweet potatoes were you having and how often? Have you tried Kitchari cleansing? It has basmati rice and split mung beans but because it’s cooked so soft with the digestive spices, it works. It worked for myself and my clients.
@@mygutculture i have protozoa parasites in my blood and well basically my entire body, yea everytime i eat grains, sugar, starch i get more bloated and more pain, my symptoms worsen and my vision worsens. Im currently looking up the rice, i had tried brown rice from sprouts, but not the brand u recommend. Also yea, i can never find real Japanese sweet potatoes, so the ones here are just sugar yams. Im doing a parasite detox tea, but im preparing my grocery list. I want to make sure i get it right this time. Im not supposed to have carbs after 3:30 , but also not a lot of carbs. Well last year i did the whole lentil, sweet potato, cabbage thing i ate it for 2, months straight and no results, even almonds etc, but the difference is I wasn’t taking anything for the parasite to die, Just garlic and eating healthy. At that time i also had H pylori. The parasites seem to not want to die off of me. But im praying itll work this time. Did u have worms or single celled parasites?
@@mygutculture i also just ordered a new rice cooker so i can steam all of my food. Ive been sick for so long im really trying to get my life back, im disabled, vitamin deficient, hormonal imbalanced and have cognitive issues because of this.
@Godfearing ok I gotcha, how long has it been like this? You need high quality basmati rice and high quality everything really. Any produce or grains that have pesticides or if they are gmo, it will make it worst. Even the yams may have been too sweet like you said but Japanese shouldn’t be too sweet. Were you drinking cold water or room temperature water while cleansing? Anyway, you definitely needed herbs to clear it but also, you need lots and lots of ginger tea, CCF tea, warm oil massages to help move to dead parasites through the tissues and push them out, and ginger appetizer to strengthen your agni to help you fight the parasites. I never tested when I had them so I don’t know which kind I had but intuitively I feel like I had worms.
@@RighteousCommunion what kind did you get? A pressure cooker like the instant pot is what you really need. Dang I’m so sorry to hear this. I can hear that you are determined to heal and you will do so because you are stronger than anything that is trying to take your energy right now. Would you like help with the healing process?
When is the best time of year to do a parasite cleanse?
during a full moon
@@joshtblakley any time of the year best summer or winter? Or just any full moon?
@@Kelly-ih7vx I mean depends when you’re most willing to do it first of all. The saying - the best exercise is the one you’re willing to do can apply to time as well. But yes any full moon would suffice i believe. 😊 I don’t think season matters.

During an eclipse is good too
So for athletes during these cleanses its hard for the body and muscles to recover with such a short list of foods to work with and portions any tips?
What's more important - temporary athletic achievements or an actual vitality and health?
@@nadia4985 well if it pays the bills its not really temporary is it?
Is it better to use herbs or diatomaceous earth for parasite cleans?
DE is “organic” and cheaper than all others. It works!
what about zeolite in powder form?
Natural sugars…. Does that mean no fruit? I eat a lot of berries.
Yea no fruit during the cleanse. Unfortunately the parasites love to feed off fruit sugars too. We want to stop feeding them so you need to take a break from fruit while cleansing. You can have green vegetables, certain grains, and augmenting veggies such as carrots and beets though
Oh, also diatomaceous earth may be worth considering.
We use it to sprinkle around the house if we ever get fleas... But that wouldn't help with parasites in your body obviously!
@emilyboyer9211 Yes it does, they even make it dogs, cats etc for parasites & worms!
@@emilyboyer9211food grade diatomaceous earth will pull the toxins out after you kill parasite
Trust me. What you SHOULD NOT eat is wheat barley rye oats quinoa. Absolutely no seed oils and sugars even fruits. No dairy except butter and ghee. Meats is fine
So no fruits at all? I heard pomegranate seeds are good for getting rid of parasites?
Haha
Meat causes parasites
Ghee is bad thats why lots of indians on kidney dialysis you know nothing
Meat?
You are beautiful 😮
I’m starting a parasite cleanse and eating whatever I want.
Because I used to have an eating disorder so I’m wondering what will happen when I eat my normal unhealthy diet lol
Which is lots of fast food, subs and sandwiches and pasta
Your beautiful
All BS
Very nice information beloved! Cayenne pepper is great also, & you know, unless we can find wild carrots, the carrots sold in supermarkets are suspect! They are grown with pellets & were corrupted & grown in a lab & made marketable by this scientist in Holland many years ago, yes! Thank you for the public service!
Most parasites been in your body for the longest I don't care how you do your diet is. Raw vegan what I'm told they said I took the old time parasite medication and 1 fell out. It looked like a white larvae.
Bad advice ! Lol - Research the carnivore diet- Lol you are giving conflicting messages- The foods you are suggesting are starches and vegetables filled with sugar beets etc Ugh
