I'm devoted to all of the characters in their own way. But Watts is special. And his story has yet to be resolved. Given the tenor of the times, I'm not sure how they'll handle it. But this show has dealt with First Nations and Afro-Canadians and Jews and Chinese and the issues of women so I have to hope they continue to show Watts and Walker (with his son) succeed in some way.
Watts is a truly original character. All the MM characters are uniquely different. That's what I love about the series. Daniel Maslany brings an otherworldly quirkiness to the Watts character: A brilliance with all things intellectual and scientific but an abject flop, socially. His tenderness with Jack is so opposite of his usual awkward interactions with others. It's a lovely romance, actually. For now. ( cliffhangers are an MM staple )
It's on cbc gem in Canada and I believe it's starting on Acorn tomorrow ( Feb. 28th) It's apparently on Alibi as well but it only went on there on January 28th
I was surprised happily to fine watts to be gay I just thought he was strange acting but I wondered about Him I think the actor is very sexy who plays him
Just finished watching that episode yesterday today I'm watching episode 17 season 13 I keep biting my fingers because I'm hoping Jack and Watts doesn't get caught
@@rickgregory9616 I just titled it in relation to what their relationship was being called. JackWatts is their 'ship name' or the name they are refferred to when people talk about them and their relationship. It's just a compilation of all of their scenes until the end of season 14.
@@freezingmonkeyshavambacu I'm guessing because that story was more early on in his characterization they had him explore and realize he was gay when he got with Jack. It could be a case of him feeling kinship with her but romantic feelings not following or just a case of the showrunner deciding he wanted to change it up and add an lgbtq character. Peter Mitchell did say in the interview he felt the way Daniel Maslany played watts made it easy to have that be his character.

I'm really hoping for a happy ending for Watts! But love the angst of it all. I love me some Watts!
This entire story line has been handled with caring and tenderness while showcasing the reality of the times.
You're doing the lord's work
They really are
Yup!
the reason why watts is always twitching is because daniel is allergic to most animals.
Love Stories, Love Stories, Love Stories.
Love does carry a great great deal of dependencies & emotional balancing, & selflessness.
The opposite is selfishness and very poor judgment in a position for the safety and justice
A brilliant upload - many thanks for the gift!
I love this serial :D
Some people just don't like u but if they judge u for the person u are and the truth one u love just let it go and let them be happy
Good story ☺️but sad in many ways..
I'm having so much trouble on finding this show especially for season 15
It's on cbc gem in Canada and I believe it's starting on Acorn tomorrow ( Feb. 28th) It's apparently on Alibi as well but it only went on there on January 28th

Part two?
Thank for a good work.
Does the Watts character envoke some Colombo? I beweave he does.
LOTS of Colombo, either by design, or ? ...after a few scenes it became very apparent. He does it honor.
Maybe a little Tom Waits also?
@@charlesroberts3650 Yes!
funny because daniels sister tatiana also played an lgbt character in orphan black.
It's so sad to think the means of hypnosis will "cure" people's sexual preferences...
37:01 freaking copper cant let go, even if he tells the woman the truth, jack wont come back to him. he's already screwed things up
This seems to start in the middle of an episode; and I can't identify what Season / Episode this is. What Season/Episode does this story start with?
Philately Fatality season 13 episode 6
@@Murdochia Thanks. Why is it called here "Jacks Watts Story"?

Did this video change?
I believe Watts is bi not gay right? Cause he liked that bike around the world girl as well
You could headcanon him as bi if you feel that but Peter Mitchell, the showrunner, has confirmed that Watts is gay in an interview with TVeh :)
