That coconut waste in the end is then fed to the cows as cow feed. I love how all ancient processes had little to no waste whatsoever everything was reused.
It's the same process, products and byproducts if you do this in a mill. No need to hold on to "ancient" stuff.

I grow up in a farm or country side. And these cows/buls are stronger than you think.
This is a piece of cake for them but what you are trying to do is comparing yourself to a cow or a bull lol obviously the cow is stronger since theu use their leg all the time.
While you who grow up in a city barely workout, use your hands and just lay in couch watch movies, tv series, etc obviously you'd be soooo weak.

Please use rogdo and grind some coconut and get oil as well. As goans we never used rogdo for extraction of coconut oil. If you know such traditional method followed in goa let me know the place

You can first soak all the coconuts and then dry ...then u can try to crush for oil ..this gives cholesterol free oil ...

That is virgin coconut oil, processed without heating. I think we can heat the pulp for 2nd stage pressing but that would not be VCO, just an ordinary coconut oil.

Is this considered cold pressed ? I thought only heating allows the coconut oil to come out
cold pressed means, extract oil with room temperature.. compared to all extracting method.. this is 100% cold pressed
That's made from fresh coconuts. Coconut milk is made from fresh coconuts and it is heated to seperate the solids and the oil. These are dried coconuts(kopra) , so there's very little moisture in it, so it's just pressed and the oil comes out.
