HEALTHY SQUASH DESSERT

NOTES:
1. Don’t overcook the squash so that you can shape it easily.
2. You may add more glutinous rice to your mixture if it is too watery.
3. You may add/lessen the sugar according to your taste.
4. When deep frying, do not overload the pan as this might lower the heat temperature of your oil and may lead to uneven cooking and the squash sticks become too oily or soggy.
5. This dessert is best paired with some chocolate sauce.
