I dont think this is a stop gap, I dont think there are any better options.
Thing is, I don't think ANYONE could have called Danny Ric having as bad a time as he did. And Zak was likely as involved in that decision, as Andreas was.
McLaran dumped a world class driver in lieu of admitting the engineering/team failure to produce a competitive car. Seidl in my view is yet another overrated German manager who knew that come next year dumping yet another driver won't play.

Tommo, when aren goona get a livery designing vid, or atleast a tommo f1 livery?????
McLaren need stability, and it's better to have a replacement lined up rather that Williams who are clueless
So uh, ya hear about Micks new role?
Don’t we think that bringing Ricardo on was a HUGE mistake? I dont think Zac is upset about the team principle leaving after that whopper….. I think hiring from within is usually better especially if they have been performing and are dedicated. You never know he could be just what they need. I dont think this is a stop gap, I dont think there are any better options.
Thing is, I don't think ANYONE could have called Danny Ric having as bad a time as he did. And Zak was likely as involved in that decision, as Andreas was.
@@TommoMcCluskey Agreed! But swallowing the results is tough…. Plus that buy out 😣
Stella will stay until there's no progress in the team.
So, Lando is going to Audi.
And now stella has brought the team to leading the constructors and seidl is out of a job. Nuff said
I miss Cyril
Baffling decision especially when binotto is literally there has an option and has proven experience of making a rapid car.
They used to work together, so maybe bring in Binotto as a technical lead...?
@@TommoMcCluskey has resta really improved mclaren.. personally yet to see it.
Mc Laren will not be fighting for a spot in the top three any time soon sadly, thus wasting the talents of 3 good drivers.
Yeah until the new windtunnel is ready McLaren will not compete for championships.
Sadly indeed 😩
"Woking-based outfit"
Everybody do a shot!
Big L for McLaren losing Andreas Seidl
Mcaren
💀
McLaran dumped a world class driver in lieu of admitting the engineering/team failure to produce a competitive car. Seidl in my view is yet another overrated German manager who knew that come next year dumping yet another driver won't play.
First ?
He's probably cheap. And honestly how much worse could be be?
