What's the pully system that you use. Or what's it called. Also what is threaded onto the ceiling ?
Can a 300kg unit be ceiling suspended with 6 threaded rods...
It is ok to put fcu direct contact with metal base ?I mean from bottom

any equipment above 100kg.are not good in hanging in slab specially if it is vibrating equipment.

WHY DID YOU HANG IT FROM THE CEILING ???
because its a ceiling mounted
There are many air handlers that get hanged from the ceiling..
No secondary drain pan, hope to hell you used a float switch
that is a risky design from engineer.
