Post frame construction is generally the stronger one. Since you have no snow load your roof will do just fine. In heavy load areas your purlins would need to be vertical to make a stronger roof. Yet overall a pretty solid roof wth a lean too.
I am really loving all the family team work in building your new home, I hope you told Duong about all the things you want inside besides just bedroom, this is a really nice and sturdy home and I would hire yall as builders for how good you guys are! The house will be able to withstand any type of storm, hail, or tornado and I am proud to be here from the start even though I may not always comment. Best of wishes!

Maybe someday, you can apply shingles to the roof, or paint it white to reflect the heat better. Insulating the inside of your roof will also help mitigate indoor heat. Watching you and your husband build your home together seems like a dream come true!
@hoanghuong10 Why use (costly) insulation, when the roof is so high that NATURAL ventilation does the work? In the tropics natural ventilation is much cheaper & less work than insulation of a low roof.

Using plywood like this in Indonesia would not provide the ventilation that one needs there even more than in northern Vietnam.
