Thanks for the video, was considering dpulze residence or tamarind suites as both have easy access to shops. But dpulze have very bad reviews on google, in terms of management issues. Have you encountered any problems staying there?
Likely you will live with a young and diverse group of students/working adults - so everyone mostly keeps to themselves and the occasional rowdy neighbours. One occasion we wanted to bring visitors and had to go through the difficulty of checking/registration - they were doing their jobs which is great for security. The other was we felt that the leisure area could have had more work done as it felt a bit basic/bare. Other than that, it's a nice place to stay if you want convenience above others
how much per month ? how much for the first time payment ? (Deposit , utilities , agent fee ,etc )
