I heard of developer saying that they managed to obtain release of unsold Bumi Lots and can sell as as normal lot or international lot. Is the conversion permanent or for that sales transaction only? What the landlords and agents should be doing instead is to have a proper screening approach based on reasonable tenancy terms that the tenants should abide by like paying rent on time and making sure the house is in a good condition. If it's proven that the tenant has breached the agreement, only then the tenant should be held accountable. Imagine being a potential tenant who has to spend weeks or months searching for a rental house in certain areas with a budget, contacting agents and getting ghosted after giving their personal details while the clock is ticking. Would you still say that the landlords have the right to reject someone without a valid reason?

So place is still very quiet with its retail shops empty. Surrounded by factories and side by side with Mah Sing D sara Sentral, the area is not very attractive. Prices have dropped dramatically. With its reduced price do you think its a good buy? Really appreciate your views.
