2024 Vegan Grocery Haul Australia prices

- Join me today as I outline the items I purchased at Woolworths and Coles for our vegan grocery haul in 2024.
This is a monthly bulk haul of vegan items for my vegan family of four for the month of April 2024. The idea is that the majority of these items will last for the entire month, as well as having lighter weekly top up shops that are mostly made up of fresh produce.
For these monthly bulk vegan grocery hauls I budget between $300-350, and our weekly top up shops are normally just over $100 per week - all of this works out to be roughly $200 p.w for a vegan of four in Australia.
I hope you find some surprisingly vegan items in this haul!

Vitasoy has oat milk and soya milk flavoured iced coffee and chocolate and you can buy those at Woolworths, 330 ml's.
Does Vitasoy still have the oat and soy milk flavoured iced coffee? I thought they only had almond? I will have to sus it out next visit :)
@@JackRockThatVeganDad there's iced coffee and chocolate, I think the iced coffee comes in oat as well.
HI Jack. I am a vegan from Sydney. Do you like Quorn vegan nuggets? They are sometimes put on special. When it is I buy a couple. They are really good.
At your Woolies have the Plantein kyivs gone down in price compared to rhe other ones? For me the kyivs are (IIRC) $5 and the schnitzels and sweet chilli strips are still $7.
Same here mate. Not really sure why the price difference though. To be honest, I wasn't a fan of their kievs at all... had a bit of a chemically taste for me. But so many people love them!

What do you use the 2 different soy milks for?
Pretty sure he uses one for baking and another for stuff like cereal
The Calci Plus is better fortified (calcium, vit d, b12, vit a etc), so this one is used as an everyday use in cereals, smoothies, drinks etc. Meanwhile, the Vitasoy Soy Milky isn't fortified and it's a bit cheap in price compared to the Calci + and I generally just use this one for baking, making dinner sauces etc.
