I'm a senior at usc too and I was also thinking about joining the criminal justice fraternity! I'm a criminal justice major and they send us emails about when the meetings are but I've always had something else going on. I don't think it's too late as long as you have the GPA requirements (I think it's a 3.2 overall GPA). I've heard that they have some pretty cool guest speakers come in to talk during the meetings (sheriff leon lott and other officers from live pd, professor wiser used to come and talk about his experience in the FBI - he doesn't work at usc anymore though).
