If they are willing to stay with halo this long despite how far halo has fallen, I think they would make a large difference in the competitive scene with valorant. I also think TSM should have a shot as well. Sure they haven’t put together a competitive roster necessarily but they’ve held their tier two spot since challengers started.

Can't blame C9 on that it was mutually a players decision especially they're trying to keep Autamatic & Rush around who won Cloud9 a major a year prior when TenZ joined in 2019. Also TenZ had a lot of potential but isn't given enough time to flourish or develop in the competitive scene since he was a rookie and was still very young making him coinflippy as player. But it's a blessing in disguise tho it made TenZ famous as a streamer/content creator that lead to Valorant, C9 did justice to him still.

NRG had 500 roster changes , It took SEN years to qualify to a LAN event after multiple roster changes (zellsis was gone and came back ) , C9 lost 2 years in a row to KRU in LCQ (1 match is the reason they didnt make it to a LAN 2 years in a row. I get it C9 is a clown org but other orgs have struggled longer then C9 . IF C9 is getting replaced from franchise then SEN should of been replaced 1 year ago and so should MIBR and FURIA C9 is not the shittiest org . This we all know. They are clowns but they've been very close. Even 100t barely made it to a LAN this year and only 1 . Took them years also. Not to mention C9's biggest signing has been YaY briefly which they couldnt afford/role issues and only having OXY . I personally would love to see Optic. If they are willing to stay with halo this long despite how far halo has fallen, I think they would make a large difference in the competitive scene with valorant.
I also think TSM should have a shot as well. Sure they haven’t put together a competitive roster necessarily but they’ve held their tier two spot since challengers started.

It's such a shame to see that oxy most likely has become so filled with ego because of how fast he got pushed up into tier 1 playing under an igl like shahz and now is suffering from that feeling of being the best in his team where he doesn't enjoy feeling like he's being told how to play better then he typically would.
It really seems like Cloud 9 doesn't watt to actually have any form of structure or environment that promotes or produces real improvement and results. I don't doubt that they actually want to improve, but it seems like they want to do it in their own way, which clearly isn't working and are unwilling to take a different approach. This is all speculation, but if this is the case, the org would do better to change the environment and dynamic of how the team operates rather than risk losing their franchise spot in Valorant.

An IGL best stat performer? Is he setting strats to farm to the detriment of his teammates? It's not that hard to see why players would feel it's not working for the team. So they would say "we don't like it and it won't work".
On the other hand, there has to be someone in C9 who will step in and evaluate if it's players being butt hurt for being told how to play the game, or is he really just showboating at the cost of team's performance. And considering the past instances, I don't think there is such a person in Cloud 9.

Can't blame C9 on that it was mutually a players decision especially they're trying to keep Autamatic & Rush around who won Cloud9 a major a year prior when TenZ joined in 2019.
Also TenZ had a lot of potential but isn't given enough time to flourish or develop in the competitive scene since he was a rookie and was still very young making him coinflippy as player.
But it's a blessing in disguise tho it made TenZ famous as a streamer/content creator that lead to Valorant, C9 did justice to him still.

NRG had 500 roster changes , It took SEN years to qualify to a LAN event after multiple roster changes (zellsis was gone and came back ) , C9 lost 2 years in a row to KRU in LCQ (1 match is the reason they didnt make it to a LAN 2 years in a row.
I get it C9 is a clown org but other orgs have struggled longer then C9 . IF C9 is getting replaced from franchise then SEN should of been replaced 1 year ago and so should MIBR and FURIA
C9 is not the shittiest org . This we all know. They are clowns but they've been very close. Even 100t barely made it to a LAN this year and only 1 . Took them years also.
Not to mention C9's biggest signing has been YaY briefly which they couldnt afford/role issues and only having OXY . Every other player theyve scoutted is way cheaper then anything SEN/100T/NRG bought so props to them for trying to make it work with less $ . NRG has had same players come back more than once , SEN has had zellsis come and go and kicked the igl and coach before JOHNQT etc .

Bro, I remeber seeing some C9 content video on their channel a month or so ago, where I believe V1c and Rossy were appearing for the first time, and it's only my opinion, but I found Rossy to be insufferable. He would talk over his teammates, answer every questions without giving them a second to even gather their thought, calls himself "Ross Boss" (which made his teammates laugh...) and genuinely had a "me me me" attitude while the rest of the team was trying their hardest not to cringe... the video is still up, I just checked, and I swear it is hard to watch. he is a good player, no doubt, but I'm sure I'd struggle a lot myself to mesh with him and have him telling me what to do...
Yes, that sucks hard for him, it's never fun when someone loses their job, especially so late in the year, meaning they will be teamless for an entire year (which is an eternity in an Esports career), but maybe it's neither the player's or the org's fault.... maybe it's just his fault? dunno...
