Such an insightful talk that I intended to go through only for 5 minutes. But after that i was hooked with his wisdom so much I couldn’t give up. I stopped multiple times to mull over what he said. His explanation on Yoga/ योगः based on Bhagavad Gita/ श्रीमद् भगवद् गीता was fantastic. Although I have read Bhagavad Gita/ श्रीमद् भगवद् गीता many times I never realized that all chapters are called with Yoga/ योगः suffix e.g. Arjuna Vishada Yoga/ योगः (chapter 1)
