Thanks too. My question is that I found it difficult to see my geo reference point on screen when I enter the coordinate . Is there anything I can do about this, someone said is my drawing limit. So please what is the drawing limits for survey

That's because your geo reference point is not within your screen extent. Once you enter your coordinate, try draw a simple line, click on the escape key, they use click on E + spacebar. This should zoom all object to your view extent.
