G'day Jeenzy just a couple of things first seems your right-hand headlight needs adjusting points slightly down second have you figured out which h7 will you get will it be auxito again or something else... looks great I did my fg xr6 with steadi all globes and fogs but very pricey 400 bucks but these auxito like yours same specs found on ebay for 57 frm auxito they'll be for my Bf xr6 let us know please which you go for, then the fogs oh crap... cheers mate 👍
@@Ken-fisho Hey mate, yes you’re right mate… that light does need adjusting. I’m going to go with the AUXITO H7 is the same series which should match nicely with the H4’s. I’ll probably have a crack at doing the H3’s in the fog lights as well. The STEDI stuff is very nice but yes like you said, a bit pricey too. @@Jeenzy79Yeah thanks mate for that let us know which H3 you go for in the fog lights as the ones they have listed I have my doubts whether they'll fit they look a tad big cheers Jeenzy
My car has LED headlights standard both high and low beam and I have upgraded all the other halogen globes throughout the car with LED like the indicator globes, licence plate globes and reverse lights even the foglights I upgraded to LED.
Ah nice one mate. In the past I've not been a fan of LED's but I may try and do the same on my car. I am liking the LED H4's on the low beam so far. I have some H7's for the high beams now too which I am yet to get in the car and test out
@@Jeenzy79 Fair enough not everyone likes them, I just like the brighter white light it helps see better, plus they draw less power and last a lot longer.
I need to restore my lenses (sand back and 2k clear) and as part of the job I'm looking at upgrading to the JTX branded HID's in both h4 and h7. Probably won't be doing the fog lights. It's a much more expensive way to go about an upgrade but bang for buck the led does look very decent. I also bought a spare set of headlights so I can set it up out of the vehicle and if there's ever any issues (such as going through a road worthy) it's just a case of swapping the whole headlight back to original.
Ah nice one mate, that’s a good idea to have a second set ready to go… just in case. HID’s would be awesome. I must admit I do t mind the LED’s at all, I’ve always used halogen so it’s a bit of a change for me.
@@Jeenzy79 if you have access to anyone with a headlight aimer it will be worth your time just to check that it's not scattering the beam in such a way to annoy oncoming traffic. I have one (but I'm in Melb). A work mate was getting flashed in her prado. I put the aimer on it only to then find previous owner had jammed a bulb in upside-down!
@@aaronhogan2371 Some people can be so dodgy... Cheers mate, that's a really good point! I'll have to do a bit of nighttime driving to see how they go with oncoming traffic.
Yeah mate, so the H4 LED’s I put in are just for the low beam. The high beam is still the stock standard H7 halogen bulb. I’ll be getting some LED H7’ bulbs to replace those soon though for sure.
@@garrymcgaw4745 H4 is both hi and lo beam - so what you think is just low beam is also hi beam when it is turned on as well as your other H7 housing. I have an old Jag and hi/lo is H4 on the outer lights and Hi is a H7 on the inner. If your outers were just low beam you would not need H4s with there extra connector.
These seem fantastic, just ordered a set for the BF turbo thanks to your video!
That’s awesome mate!
