Sorry for the late reply, Vietravel does from what I've seen have a bad on time record, but as I showed in this video, once onboard they're not too bad. I haven't flown them but if its a similar price and the timing works I reckon VietJet would be better, they have a better on time record. I haven't flown them though so not sure. Hope that helps!
