Awesome, CJ! As someone who has made my fair share of pizzas, try and find a wood peel that fits that oven. They can be treated with oil, and release effortlessly. Can't lie tho, I never make my own dough. Most NYC pizzerias will sell you fresh dough for about $4, so that's what I usually do. I'm loving that oven, and that's a great recipe for the cream sauce! Next, make your own ricotta! (check my page for the recipe) Excellent as always good sir!
I really need to stop watching these videos, thanks to CJ my yard is full of grills, ovens and smokers😂. Thank god I'm single now, my ex-wife a hardcore vegan may have tried to throw something into my cup, I don't think she would appreciate a freezer full of meat.
