    Just curious if you could have assembled the piston to the rod first and insert into the head on the block and then attach the end caps? Like most car engines are done.

    Don't forget to have the fan belt pullies CHROMED, the bare metal pullies will rust 100 times faster

    I just noticed that I typed "Rotax 502" instead of 503 in the opening credits! DOH! I'm not going to fix it now....sorry if it confuses some people.

    2 strokes are so sensitive to vacuum leaks nothing will seize them up faster yet so many places they can leak from.
