On August 30 I underwent emergent triple bipass open heart surgery. Moon in Cancer was squaring my sun at 28 Aries (sun is my chart ruler/Leo ascendant, my physical body). The new moon in virgo is conjunct my natal pluto at 11 degrees virgo in my 2H (and trines my natal mercury at 11 Taurus on my MC). My physical recovery from this surgery is major, but there are also many things going on underneath the surface that I am now looking at on a gut level.
