INGREDIENTS
20 to 30 Jackfruit seeds, peeled

For the masala

1teaspoon turmeric pwd
1 teaspoon garam masala pwd
1teaspoon red chili powder
3/4 cup Water
For tempering
1 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
6 to 8 Curry leaves
Jackfruit seed curry, also called bikand gashi or bikanda sagle, is a popular village-style Konkani curry prepared using jackfruit seeds along with coconut and aromatic spices.
